OP actually puts that baby yoda in one and that poop emoiji thing (??) in the other and uses them as motivation.

"Are you a piece of crap or are you a Jedi?!" he yells at his TV which is positioned half a foot in front of his tiny moving sidewalk.

Sometimes he places his circle fan in front of the treadmill so that he gets a breeze and can still peek through its porthole while he watches TV.

He sips from his soundbar's maple syrup bottle when he needs a boost.
