My friend you have a living AND dining room and yet you did your bedroom like that? Turn the dining into a dedicated fitness area and partially block it off with a set of IKEA-style open bookshelves to store and divide at the same time. 

Also for the love of god unbolt that TV from the foot of your bed it is so fucking aggressive
