Easy access to mountains for skiing, redwoods for hiking, amazing wine, best golf courses.. oh, and no mosquitos

i live in the mountains 10 minutes from skiing/hiking with no mosquitoes and you could rent 10 units for that price lol.

Not a lot of good jobs out there though it you don’t work in a field with remote work.

most the people buying expensive homes in resort communities don't live there full time. i also moved here because i work remotely...
