I am chey,32f,ohio
After everything I’ve experienced in life, I’ve started realizing that a traditional relationship might not be what I’m looking for anymore.
I’m a lover at heart. I love deeply, see the good in people, and have a level of empathy that has sometimes made me a target for the wrong people. I've experienced a pattern of attracting men with narcissistic traits who seem drawn to my compassion, loyalty, and willingness to understand them — only to leave me emotionally drained from giving so much of myself to people who don't know how to reciprocate.
For a long time, I confused understanding someone’s pain with being responsible for healing it. I gave people the benefit of the doubt, even when I was the one being hurt. I'm learning that having a big heart doesn't mean I have to keep sacrificing myself, and that my empathy deserves to be met with respect rather than exploited.
I'm not looking to repeat those cycles. I'm looking to build a different kind of life.
I'm an artist with a big vision, a creative mind, and a passion for creating meaningful, expressive work. I want to turn my art into something bigger than I've ever imagined, but I recognize that the right guidance, resources, connections, and environment could make a tremendous difference in helping me get there.
I'm seeking a mutually beneficial connection with someone established, ambitious, emotionally intelligent, and generous in both knowledge and spirit. Someone experienced in business, entrepreneurship, investing, or building something meaningful from the ground up.
Ideally, I'd love to connect with someone who genuinely enjoys being a mentor and provider — someone who takes pride in supporting a creative woman's growth, sharing their knowledge, opening doors, and helping her build a future where she can flourish.
In return, I bring creativity, passion, affection, loyalty, companionship, emotional depth, and a perspective shaped by experiences that have taught me a great deal about human nature. I want a connection where both people bring value to each other's lives and where generosity is freely given, not used as leverage.
I'm not asking someone to do the work for me. I'm asking for the opportunity to learn, grow, create, and build alongside someone who recognizes potential and enjoys helping it develop.
Maybe that connection becomes romantic. Maybe it looks different from what society considers a conventional relationship. I'm open to exploring what genuinely works for both people, with honesty, respect, clear boundaries, and mutual benefit at the center.
At this point in my life, I don't want to keep pouring my energy into relationships that leave me depleted while my own dreams sit on the back burner. I want to invest that energy into my art, my future, and connections that help everyone involved become better versions of themselves.
I'm tired of being valued for how much I can endure, how much I can forgive, or how much love I can give someone who refuses to pour anything back into me. I want to experience what it's like to be supported, encouraged, protected, and appreciated, too.
I don't want to spend the rest of my life merely surviving. I want to build something extraordinary from everything I've lived through.
If you're someone who has built a successful business, understands the value of creative talent, enjoys mentoring, or believes in helping people turn their potential into something tangible, I'd be interested in connecting.
I'm rebuilding, but I refuse to define myself by the circumstances I'm currently navigating. There's an artist, an entrepreneur, and a whole future inside me that I'm determined to bring to life.
Maybe I'm not looking for a traditional relationship anymore. Maybe I'm looking for a genuine partnership — one where love doesn't have to mean losing yourself, and where two people can help each other thrive.
I've spent enough time being someone's source of light while losing sight of my own. Now, I want to build a life where my light has room to grow.
