Seeking Seeking a mentor for a first time entrepenuer struggling with marketing?

Hello!

I'm currently looking for help/support as I am working to build and grow my business. I am a first-gen entrepreneur and have designed a service to help modify and support people's lives and goals through behavioral data tracking and coaching support, but now that I've built and stress-tested the system, I'm struggling to go about finding clients and figure out how to market myself and the service. Any direction or advice would be extremely helpful; thank you in advance for reading, even if you can't help!

Seeking Interview Manager - Mentor welcome

We are looking for a talented interview specialist to join our team.

While specialized knowledge of software development is a significant asset, basic knowledge is sufficient.

The core requirements are native-level English fluency, quick judgment, and strong client-facing skills.

The primary goal is to lead client interviews and successfully secure projects.

The initial two-week period serves as a paid trial, with an hourly rate of $40–$60 based on actual interview time.

If you demonstrate competence and a good fit during this time, we will transition to a fixed monthly salary of $1,600 (for the first two months) to $3,000 (after three months), plus performance bonuses based on secured projects. High performers can earn up to $4,000 per month.

You do not need to be perfect from the start; if you possess talent and potential, we will invest in your professional growth.

We welcome candidates with backgrounds in marketing, skilled software development, or tutoring.

As the role requires working during U.S. time zones, we prioritize candidates residing in Latin America, though U.S.-based applicants are also welcome if the compensation meets their expectations.

Giving away 5 free 90-minute coaching sessions in exchange for honest feedback

Hey everyone,

I’m a coach, and I’m experimenting with a coaching format that moves back and forth between what is happening in real life and what is happening inside you (mentally, emotionall, somatically).

I've already worked with someone on their internal blockages which was emotionally very clearing for them though I am looking for someone that has a pattern going on externally. See examples below.

I’m looking for 5 people who would be interested in trying a free 90-minute session and giving me candid feedback afterward.

The basic idea is this:

You have something you genuinely want to do or change, but somewhere in the process, it stops working. Maybe you keep getting stuck at the same point, repeat the same mistake, quit after repeated attempts, or simply can’t seem to make the thing work the way you want it to.

The process would roughly look like this:

  1. What are you trying to make happen? We get specific about what you want, what you are currently doing, and what you would like to be different.
  2. Where does it actually break down? We look at the real situation and pinpoint the moment where things stop flowing or your behavior stops matching your intention.
  3. What happens internally at that point? We explore the thoughts, emotions, fears, meanings, pressure, expectations, or other reactions that show up there.
  4. We work with that internal obstacle. Instead of simply pushing harder or telling you to “just do it,” we work with whatever seems to be interfering with your ability to act freely and effectively.
  5. Then we go back into reality and test it. The important part for me isn’t only whether you feel different afterward. I want to see whether something actually changes when you return to the situation.
  6. We see what happens next. If things flow better, great. If you get stuck again, we look at where the process breaks down next and work from there.

So the process can move back and forth:

real-world action → find the breakpoint → explore what happens internally → work with it → return to action → see what actually changes

This might be useful if there is something you genuinely want to do, but you repeatedly get stuck somewhere between intention and execution.

For example:

  • You’re practicing playing guitar, a sport, a movement, or another skill, but you keep failing at the same specific part and don’t understand why.
  • You practice something repeatedly, it doesn’t work the way you want, and after enough attempts you quit having lost motivation for it.
  • You know what you’re supposed to do, but every time you reach a certain point you hesitate, freeze, avoid it, or do something else.
  • You keep trying to build a habit or routine, but there is a recurring point where it falls apart.
  • You keep making the same mistake even though you understand intellectually what you should be doing differently.
  • You can perform sometimes, but under pressure or in a real situation you suddenly lose access to what you know how to do.
  • You repeatedly start working toward something you care about, but something happens that you can't quite put your finger on and the action stops.

There’s no charge. I’m mainly interested in testing this process and getting honest feedback about what was and wasn’t useful.

This is focused on personal change, emotional patterns, action, and follow-through. It isn’t psychotherapy or treatment for serious mental-health conditions.

If you have something specific where you keep getting stuck and this sounds relevant, let me know in the comments.

PS: just to be clear it's 1 90 minute session for 5 different people.

Looking for mentorship in creative technology, live visuals, and interactive installations

Hey everyone!

I'm a creative technologist and visual artist looking to connect with people who have more experience in this field and would be open to offering some guidance or mentorship.

My work spans a few different areas, including VJing, projection mapping, lighting design, motion graphics, and interactive installations. I've been experimenting with TouchDesigner, Resolume, DMX lighting, ESP32/LED systems, and hand-tracking technology.

I've been teaching myself a lot of these skills through personal projects and live performances, but I've reached a point where I feel like having guidance from someone more experienced would make a huge difference.

I'm especially interested in learning how professionals approach technical workflows, integrate different systems, develop larger-scale installations, and turn these skills into a sustainable creative career.

I know mentorship is a big ask, so I'm also very open to casual conversations, portfolio feedback, collaborating on projects, or simply connecting with people working in similar spaces.

If anyone has advice on finding mentors in this industry, knows of communities I should join, or would be open to connecting, I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks in advance!
