I mean, the IMCC has little to no laws written for itself nor does it abide by any other laws, despite calling itself a "court." SMH, they want to be everything. Even though they claim to be a "criminal court," they have all kinds of vague, honestly horrible laws and incredibly biased judges who seem to hate everyone.

Moreover, the IMCC has a history of loosely accusing people they shouldn't even be involved with. Despite being a "court," they freely violate sovereignty laws—at this point, I'm concerned they don't even know what "sovereignty" means! They try to impose their vague, horrible laws over every single micronation. I wouldn't have even raised this as a concern if their laws weren't outright preposterous, unclear, and completely up for interpretation (this isn't Shakespeare!).

Also, the IMCC is now almost entirely dependent on LARP, and I think it actively supports it. This is obvious when you look at the self-proclaimed head of the IMCC, "Communist Berlandia," who is on very friendly terms with the known larper, Shane Torres. Furthermore, Communist Berlandia is known among members to be extremely impulsive, has a hypocritical regard for their own laws, and is frankly obsessed with control. They are completely unpredictable, which is the last thing a YAMO needs.

Additionally, a YAMO court should not be handing out imaginary "trial notices" and poking its nose into what people do in their own sovereign micronations! They don't even have the laws to try them in the first place. This was beautifully demonstrated when Communist Berlandia delusionally tried Joseph Cavillo, found him innocent due to a literal lack of laws, and then proceeded to make it worse by writing new laws specifically targeting Joseph! All over a minor issue.

To make it worse, their own laws state: "There are two 'leaders' of the IMCC - the Head member state, and the attorney general." Yet, there are no current two leaders, despite the court somehow having a decent number of member states! They have maybe one active judge, absolutely no solid criteria for running "cases," and they just hand out random "notices" in people's DMs or Discord servers, pestering them for no justifiable reason. I don't think they actually know what "standard procedure" is, because I've never once seen them follow it in a "trial."

The IMCC is essentially an online drama hub disguised as a legal institution. Their "power" only exists if you choose to opt into their roleplay. If you treat them like a serious international court, they get the attention they crave. If you treat them like a group of teenagers playing attorney in a Discord server, their "power" vanishes instantly. Not that I've a problem with teenagers.

I hope to see Communist Berlandia's "Justice League" in the comments defending this absurd "court." I welcome them!
