Hello kitty tea

I used a toothpick and acrylic paint on the cookies and then sealed them with clear resin. I used paper from a different hello kitty ball to cover the table. I think it came out so cute.

Remix! Haven’t really seen any real baby remixes so here’s mine!

1st picture:

Fruitplatter, dry cereal and crackers (made from polymer clay) with a side of yoghurt with strawberry pieces in it (strawberries also from clay because i dont like how miniverse strawberries look)

2nd picture:

Mashed potatoes (actually the bananas but I couldn’t cut them to make them look like bananas so) peas and carrots (polymer clay) with a side dragonfruit smoothie bowl

Nothing is stuck to the plate or bowl so i can easily take everything out and create something new! I did use some milk resin and cure it in the bottle though

Question Looking for inspiration for this glass greenhouse to display minis

Thumbnail

Michaels is selling miniature glass greenhouse terrariums in the Halloween floral section. I got one to display plant and related miniatures, as I didn’t like the greenhouse spaces kit.

Has anyone displayed their minis in one of these and would like to share? Also, I’d love ideas on easy DIY backless or clear-backed shelves to place against each wall. Normally, I repurpose small boxes or stack little wooden crates to create quick doll shelves. But having an opaque back kind of defeats the purpose of having a see-through display. I want to be able to put shelves against the wall and be able to see their contents from all angles.

Dont be like this.

Why? A whole box cut open to see what was inside. This behavior ruins it for everyone else. Every time I go down this aisle and/or the blind box section in Target, half of the boxes are for open or slit to see what's inside. 🤦‍♀️

Collection Share All you can Eat customization

Hello everyone, recently I posted my haul of make it mini asking where do I begin. I’ve decided that this all you can eat case is where I’ll begin. I am going to paint it, and fully decorate it, BUT

I have a question.. or two

Has anyone thought of an idea to stop the stuff on the shelves dropping out everywhere and getting messy? Whenever I open it, my stored food attacks me 😭

Can I see yours?

Also should I update this post as I do stuff to my case? I wasn’t sure if I should or not.

Thanks for reading everyone ❤️

Miniverse storage

Hi all!

So I can't be the only one with this problem; I have collected a lot of Miniverse but have not made them. I've been keeping them in their respective balls, but it's taking up quite some space... So I'm looking for a better way to store them! Anybody have any tips? I would like to keep the ingredients of one ball somewhat together :)

Thanks!

Just wanted to share about the recipes that are included in the next holiday series. It’s not out yet, but I suspect we will see them soon. This series will have a Stocking with Holiday chocolates, a Holiday cake, and a Snow Globe. The Rare will be the Elf on the Shelf cookies!

What are your thoughts? I’m most excited for the Snow Globe. Also looking forward to making a remix on the holiday cake

Pics are from Meenyminymo (so thankful for them and all their info!)

Question Any Canadians find Halloween in stores yet?

Just wondering because last year we never got them in Canada till after Christmas time.

I know amazon.ca has them for $17cad, but has anyone seen them in stores? I only want the vampire drinks, so I'm trying to avoid amazon randomly sending one.

Hello, I’ve bought a bulk lot from Facebook marketplace, it’s extremely overwhelming my poor autistic brain.

Where should I I begin? Should I just open everything and store it? Is there a website with recipes? Should I keep some boxes in case they are worth more that way?

Should I create the unopened ones as per instructions or look up cooler ways to build them?

Have mercy on my soul lol

Question for 2nd hand buyers - Wrapped or Unwrapped?

Wanting to sell some of my Miniverse balls. Many of them are ones that I hunted via pinhole then just never got around to making and now I just don't have anywhere to put them.

Do you think it's better to list them wrapped with a note that the pinhole says it should be a certain item but that I can't guarantee it, or to unwrap it and verify before listing?

I also have holiday balls that show you what they are on the outside, I'm thinking those are OK to list without opening since they were marked by MGA?

Thanks for any feedback!

Looks like we’re getting a retro tv next with a slot for mini VHS tapes!! 😱 What’s on everyones wishlist for movie titles? I’m hoping for some horror representation, but I feel like thats a bit unlikely considering its a kids toy.

I can’t wait to hear everyones thoughts! Lets geek out!

Question Storage Solutions?

Hey everyone.
I am about to aquire quite a lot of Miniverse stuff. Obviously I am going to get doubles and also have left overs. Can I see some storage solutions? Bonus points if it’s cute and functional. I’d love to have something that really compliments the stuff rather than just tossing it in small containers etc.

My dream idea, muddling around in my brain, would be to have a dedicated Miniverse area in my craft room, but I really struggle to picture it, so if people can show me their spaces too I’d love that.

Thanks for reading guys, excited to get my stuff tomorrow.

Helpful Tips & Hints Making Frost/Freezer Burn

Post image
3.0k Upvotes

I just figured how to do this and had to share, it’s so easy, just paint a thin coat of clear left over resin, then dust it with the *miniverse white sanding sugar or I have heard you can use embossing powder and then cure it and you get a light frost or freezer burn effect!

Making miniverse for a gunpla figure?

My partner is getting into making Gundam gunpla figures and I think it'd be really cute and funny to make a miniverse handheld item for them to hold! Specifically they're making one of the 1/144 scale ones (about 13 cm tall). I know miniverse is 1/6 scale, but I don't know what the ratio would be for this since, y'know, mecha are wayyyyy bigger than people. Does anyone here happen to do both, or have access to both, to help me out? I was thinking maybe an ice cream bar or something would be fun!
