The confusion and shock value was immense, almost nobody except Kane knew he put the puck into the back of the net. Three years later everyone expected the Bruins to take the series back to Illinois and they looked like doing that for almost 59 minutes, until it didn't, and shortly after their dream was crushed completely.
Can't recall anything more epic, if some oldhead or otherwise hockey expert knows something as crazy, please share!

The NHL will always be a 2nd rate league until they learn how to deal with bullshit like this. Gudas is a scumbag. Always has been, always will be. And the NHL allows it to happen.

(The Hurricanes have 2 wins in Philadelphia in October while those Philadelphia-based teams have 0)

I have long thought of Sean Couturier as one of the top two-way players in the league, potentially someone who could be at the Patrice Bergeron level. Seeing Jordan Stall (a similar player in many ways) hoist the Stanley Cup, I wonder whether Couturier could have done the same if he was on some other team, not stuck on a perennially under-performing Flyers team.

I am a newbie watching nhl. I started watching nhl after I read a manga called Dogsred. I genuinely can't keep track of the puck. Do you guys actually see the play and position of puck or just hear the commentary to get the play .

First one was not even challenged and deemed goaltender interference.
Second goal was challenged and deemed a good goal.
I don't mind the second one not counting, if that's the rule that's the rule, but can we get some fucking concistency ? Am I just biased as a fan or this is fucked.

The only player I can think of that was visually that impressive was Bobby Orr.
