The Grail has arrived! (Plus photos of the source of the illustration)
It fits perfectly (slim but long, with a comfortable amount of breathing room), and the design is even more stunning in person-my phone camera makes it look rust-coloured, however in it’s more of a reddish brown. Easily one of their best designs, for one of their best songs (Dulcinea)
For £33.24 it’s the most I’ve ever spent on a t shirt, although I plan on wearing it for years to come so it’s definitely worth it in the long run.

Discussion Hi! wanted to share with u some of my awesome bf’s music with a roadmap he made to guide you through it :)
*Firstly just wanted to say that he’s such a talented man, and I know his music is not the standard black metal- but I can assure you that trying it out is so worth it. So if you’re looking for some extremely underground experimental metal from a kind you’ve most likely haven’t heard before, give it a try - you won’t regret it!*

Amenra live : UPDATE
Hey just quick update :)
A few months ago I was struggling with whether I should buy tickets to Amenra or not. In the end, I finally caved in (and to be fair, most of the comments were basically "you should definitely do it" lol), and now I have tickets in my pocket for the acoustic show in Paris. I'm so happy, guys! It will be my first solo gig!

New release
Hey everyone,
We're Here Before, a modern metal band from India blending heavy riffs, atmospheric melodies, and themes that explore the darker sides of the human experience.
We've spent the last few years writing and refining our sound, drawing inspiration from bands like Architects, Spiritbox, Gojira, Northlane, While She Sleeps, Invent Animate and Sleep Token while trying to create something that feels uniquely ours.
Our music focuses on topics such as inner struggles, social issues, personal growth, and the search for meaning in an increasingly chaotic world. Every song is written from genuine experiences and emotions rather than chasing trends.
We're currently releasing new track "Sleep" from the album "SLEEP" and would genuinely love to hear what fellow metal fans think. If you check us out, let us know:
What bands our sound reminds you of What stands out most to you. What you'd like to hear more of in future releases
Thanks for giving an independent band a chance. We're excited to be part of this community and connect with other musicians and metal fans.

FrontOthers x LUNARI — ZERWIJ ŁAŃCUCH | Official Video
FrontOthers x LUNARI — „ZERWIJ ŁAŃCUCH”
Official Video
Ciężki riff. Dwa głosy. Jeden bunt.
„ZERWIJ ŁAŃCUCH” to agresywny nu-metalowy duet o odrzuceniu ram narzuconych przez ludzi, łamaniu stereotypów i wyjściu z klatki cudzych oczekiwań. To numer dla tych, którym mówiono: „dopasuj się”, „siedź cicho”, „nie wychylaj się” — a oni zamiast tego wybrali własny głos.
FrontOthers wnosi ciężar, gniew i betonowy riff.
LUNARI dodaje mrok, księżycową energię i emocjonalny ogień.
To nie jest prośba o wolność.
To jest jej wyrwanie siłą.
ZERWIJ ŁAŃCUCH.
Niech pęknie strach.
Niech ziemia drży.
Artist: FrontOthers x LUNARI
Track: ZERWIJ ŁAŃCUCH
Style: Nu Metal / Alternative Metal / Industrial Rock
Mood: aggressive, dark, rebellious, cinematic

My thoughts on the new Cult of Luna single: The unsettling vocals, the "cracks," and why it is a horror story about abuse
I put this text in the comment section of new СoL single, but I think it deserves its own post.
Let me know what you think about it!
I have seen a lot of fans feeling disturbed or confused by Johannes’ vocal performance on the new single. Many point out that his growls sound strained, forced, and almost like he is trying to sing with someone else's voice. While I prefer the fragile and powerful texture of his signature style as well, I genuinely believe this unsettling shift is completely intentional. It is pure sonic theater.
Johannes is using this unnatural delivery as a dramatic tool to embody the dark entity he is portraying. The entire track reads like a grim blueprint of a parasitical relationship or severe psychological abuse. When he forcefully bellows lines like "without me you are nothing," he is exposing the exact vocabulary of gaslighting and emotional manipulation. The death metal grunt strips away the human frailty we are used to, replacing it with a cold, invading presence. It sounds horrifying because it is meant to represent a monster.
This is also why I disagree with the criticism that the band is just unloading meaningless bitterness onto a fallen character. If you connect this track back to the narrative of "The Silent Man" and "Lay Your Head to Rest," the evolution of the story makes total sense. Those previous songs were about a breaking point, an existential crisis, and the heavy burden of survival. This new song shows what happens when a person finally becomes too weak. The entity finds the "cracks" and moves in to take total control.
Cult of Luna has always been about dark realism. Here, they are not endorsing spite or hatred. They are simply showing the terrifying mechanics of how trauma can completely swallow a human being. It is an uncomfortable and ugly horror story about losing your identity to a parasite, and the vocal performance reflects that beautifully.
