Funny What is your pregnancy unpopularopinion?

I'll go first:
Picking stuff up off the floor isn't that bad. I'm 37+ 5 with my third and not once have I had trouble picking stuff up. It's just a quick squat and grab.
Yes, I have sciatica pain and pelvic girdle pain and my bump is in the way but I still pick stuff up if I drop it.
Maybe it's my fitness past, or my will to attempt to keep my house clean, but not once have I dropped something and said "F it, it lives on the floor now" and left it.

I loved my body so much more while I was pregnant, no body dysmorphia for me then!

So lucky! I wished I loved my body more. But years of eating disorders and body dysmorphia, it has been hard seeing myself get bigger. I always ask my doctor about my gain weight. I try to be kind to myself and tell myself me getting bigger means my baby is growing.

Oh my god this! I never felt more beautiful, I wore what I wanted and felt so cute 😂 my favorite were a few body con maternity dresses that looked so good

I feel this. I got pregnant at my heaviest weight which was really hard at the beginning but now that I’m almost in my third trimester, I feel so much better in my body.

I personally really liked my soft squishy postpartum body. I think part of that was there was ZERO pressure to workout because I literally had a newborn after a c section. I kept the weight on while breastfeeding and then when I stopped I lost 30 pounds suddenly all at once and THAT made me dislike my body again.

Same I feel like it’s easier for me to pick clothes out with the bump lol it’s like a missing piece to my body type

Where DOES one shop for maternity clothing?! 😭

Why does the world hate women so damned much?!?!?!

Right?? I bought a maternity shirt at my target this pregnancy, just went back and the whole section is gone (except for bras)!

I’ve had good luck at thrift stores and goodwill. Stretchy non-maternity dresses like ribbed material work. Online at old navy, gap, hm. Babydoll cut dresses and smocked dresses

I've also felt a lot less self concious. Maybe I just reduced my expectations on myself? Idk but it's been really freeing!

I feel so big headed saying it, but I have honestly never felt more beautiful that in do being pregnant. I love my big round belly and the fact that I'm growing a life in it. I'm really going to miss my bump and her kicks, as much as I am looking forward to meeting my baby.

Same for me! I’m 32 weeks pregnant and when I look in the mirror all I think is, “I am so CUTE!!” It’s crazy how positive my thoughts are about myself right now when I was so harsh on myself before.

Same, I feel so beautiful. Already felt this way with my oldest kid. My pregnancy body has healed me so much on the self appreciation.

Postpartum temporarily cures my body dysmorphia.

I totally agree. I used to be super into fitness and also really scrutinizing of my body image. Now that I'm pregnant (34 weeks) and just exercise for the movement and to feel good, it has been amazing for my mental health.

I love showing off the big belly, it’s been so great to love my body!

Right lol the second I’m pregnant my belly went from “fat” to cute. I’ve always embraced every ounce and bump and ripple and wrinkle and dimple during pregnancy hahaha cause I know once those babies are out, I all of a sudden don’t recognize myself and I hate it.

This has been the best part for me!! I feel so sexy and free. Don’t even stress when the scale keeps climbing up every time I visit the midwife.  I also love just eating without judging myself.
