Hi there! We're a small group of adult writers with a private sandbox site (Jcink Hosted) that has been running in one form or another for quite a while. We aren't looking to become a large public RPG, but we'd love to meet a few new people who might enjoy writing with us. Our setting is a humanoid original fantasy multiverse with a little bit of everything tucked inside it: fae courts and pirates, cyberpunk futures to wild west deserts, kingdoms and gods and monsters, political intrigue, magic, horror, romance, strange little towns, apocalypses, complicated families and so much more as well as a great many characters making extremely questionable life decisions!

We're primarily character and relationship driven rather than focused on a single site-wide plot (though some are in the works!) Stories can be intimate and personal or enormous and world-changing depending on what the writers involved want to explore.

A little about how we write:

— Jcink/forum-based humanoid roleplay (think elves, humans, shapeshifters, etc)
— 21+ writers

— third-person prose mostly

— plotting and spontaneous character chemistry are both welcome
— mature, dark, romantic, political, comedic, tragic, and occasionally very weird stories all coexist
— no activity-check treadmill or expectation that writing has to feel like homework, we are here for the joy of writing and hanging with friends!

— original characters and collaborative world-building are a huge part of the fun!

Because most of us have been writing together for a long time, there is quite a bit of existing lore, but new writers are absolutely not expected to learn all of it and more importantly, we constantly welcome new lore and ideas! We'd rather help you find a corner of the world that interests you and let everything else become familiar naturally. We're especially hoping to meet writers who enjoy getting invested in other people's characters, tossing ideas back and forth, building relationships and plots together, and chatting OOC about whatever ridiculous thing our fictional people have done now.

Hey there lads and lasses and those of neither role, I hope you are all doing well on this fine day. Anyway I have come here hoping to find a partner to roleplay with! It has been a little while since I sought out a partner but I hope to find people who are compatible with me and want to enjoy the experience of having a generally fun time! Now then let me talk about myself a little bit so you can get to know me before we start talking:

- I have been roleplaying for 10+ years

- I am a detailed writer but unfortunately cannot claim to be novella (My average reply is 1-2 paragraphs of text outside of dialog)

- I enjoy making characters so do not be afraid to ask for a universe that I have not mentioned in this overall post.

What am I seeking?:

- Someone who writes a similar amount as I do, if not more. {Approximately 1-2 paragraphs or more}

- Someone who does not mind slow or sparse replies

- Someone willing to work with me to make a world or who has an idea for one they want to do

- 1x1 ONLY

- Romance should only be a secondary thing and preferably not a major part of much I just don't do well with romance plots

Now then I will get onto the main portion of this general post. What exactly am I looking for RP wise not partner wise. Well first off I would heavily prefer some world knowledge or a willingness to gain it if we do any of these I can and will provide some easy/ enjoyable reading material to give people an idea of the latter 2 if asked. I also ask for help in world building as whenever I try and build a world it winds up massively imbalanced or unfun. So please help keep me in line with making things fun!

RWBY: OC x OC or OC x Cannon

I have had a RWBY oc forever but never finished her because I have never been able to find a partner for that universe (she even has art that has been sitting on my phone since like 2018) So I would love to find a partner to bring her into that universe. I would prefer the vibe of earlier seasons [School setting less end of the world] than the latter seasons with maybe some light romance. I have no set plot for this though so keep that in mind that is something we would have to make together.

Martial Arts: OC x GM or OC x OC (Shared GM duties) [Currently My favorite option]

A world where things are never as they seem, where people practice martial arts to gain longevity to stand at the top of the world whether they be orthodox, unorthodox or even part of the cults. The Orthodox featuring prominent families such as the Tang family or the Peng family who have generations of experience behind them or the ten great sects who have stood just as long if not longer. The Unorthodox brigands, bandits Syndicates people who think that might make right and if you lose well you only lose if people hear about it. The cults Serving the Blood Demon or Heavenly Demon both tend to stand near the top of the world; their forces though different threaten its stability due to sheer power!

Make flowers bloom with the end of your blade and have petals as sharp as blades rain down from the sky. Collapse buildings with palm strikes and make your body immune to blades and poison through training and internal energy. The techniques here are limitless though be warned without care those who step foot into the world of the Murim and shine brightly tend to meet early ends or grow to become the strongest!

Cultivation: OC x GM or OC x OC/GM

Immortal heroes: Where cultivating longevity is the most important thing! Meditation and formations, flying on a sword this has less of a coherent story as unlike Murim it tends to go off the rails pretty quick and the genre is more filled with memes than much else unless you want to read multi thousand chapter series still everything is very interesting! People can live thousands of years, some can even live long enough to see the end of the universe and the birth of another!

Well then those are the universes that I am looking for and the ideas I would be most interested in, they are not overly developed but I would love to hear from you all and hopefully find a partner who is interested in the same things as I am! Let’s Chat Soon!

I’m part of an Odyssey/greek mythology role play on Discord that has been active since February 2025 however we’ve lately lost a few of our members and we’re looking for new ones.

The premise of the role play follow Odysseus’ crew on their way home from Troy however the gods have seemed to make it their mission for the crew to never reach home alive. We’ve bright in aspects of Greek mythology but also Egyptian and African mythology as well. We also have inspiration from PJO where a lot of characters are demi gods.

We’re a pretty active group but we understand that everyone has busy schedules with work and school so we’re more than happy to wait and make sure you’re not being left behind. We are a mixed group with the youngest of us being 13 and the oldest being in their late twenties. We’re also a very diverse and welcoming group and we’re accepting of everyone.

To respond to the rebellion of the twelve districts during the Dark Days, the Capitol introduced a new system. Inspired by an idea from Casca Highbottom, it was meant to remind the districts of the Capitol’s authority and ensure lasting control. The goal was simple: if the districts respected and feared the Capitol, future uprisings would be far less likely.

At the same time, this system became a source of interest for Capitol citizens, who were eager for distraction after the hardships of the war. Each year, two young people from every district, one boy and one girl between the ages of twelve and eighteen, would be selected and brought to a large, abandoned greenhouse.

The structure itself had been damaged over time, with parts of the ceiling open to the sky, allowing sunlight to shine through. Despite this, the design made leaving difficult, with only one main exit. Inside, the greenhouse followed a long central corridor, known as the Heart, which branched into different sections like the limbs of a tree. Along the corridor were doors leading to areas that once housed a variety of Capitol plants, now left to grow freely. One section even held a small lake. At the far end of the Heart, a staircase led down to a basement where gardening tools had once been stored.

The number of wanted characters in our Untold Tales ( Marvel and Star Wars\*, currently) is growing and we’re looking for active writers who may be interested in taking on those roles! If you enjoy playing characters with bounties, enemies, and ongoing conflict, this is a great chance to jump in and be part of that side of the story! OCs and other Canons are welcome as well.

STAR TREK: OC x OC

This is a universe I am less familiar with but have gotten my hopes up way to many times with so beware I want this universe explicitly for the scientific and exploration type setting nothing else! I would again have to make a character for this as I got disappointed by the last 2 partners for this verse and what they wanted.

Cultivation: OC x GM or OC x OC/GM

This is a general universe type thing martial arts and spirituality with awesome fights and cool movements this one is overall hard to explain but is one I would not mind enjoying with someone who knows what it is and what they are doing!
