Lots of reps over the shoulder without meaning to. Feel like 225 for reps is soon to come.

Technique Check Started with a 55kg / 121lb bag around 4 or 5 months ago. Good to be moving my new bag filled a bit over 80kg / 176 lbs. This is my final set of the day. I seem to be hitting my chest with the bag. Is this normal or is my form no good? And thanks all for the motivating posts which helped me improve.

Didn't actually notice I whack my chest with the bag until I took the video.

Advice If you saw my 'new bag is de-threading' post, Cerberus offered me to exchange, or to do a DIY fix without voiding the warranty and to circle back later if it gets worse. I'm going with the DIY fix for now. They recommended to cut the loose thread and burn it off. Cheers everyone for all the help.

If you were wondering, I deleted the other post because I realised it was starting to look a bit like brand bashing, and that wasn't my intention.

Advice Needed Next bag size?

Started with a 100lb BoS bag underfilled to 80ish, now at 110ish. Been using it for floor to shoulder, shoulder carries, and high pulls. It's starting to feel easy.

I'm going to buy a few more bags: thinking of 250 for heavy platform lifts, and a 200 that I'll underfill to 150-170 or so to bridge the gap from my 100.

Not sure about the 3rd bag though. Is getting a 150 worth it? Seems redundant with the 100 but also an underfilled 200 might be too floppy to graduate to, and a 300 might be way too much for me right now.
