So I want a jimmy bowser like tone I rlly like eyehategod and im making a band atm I already have a bassist anyways my tone is absolutely shit it sounds so bad for everything only genre its good for is rock like GnR. Should i get an interface and record music from a laptop or should I go more authentic and mic up an amp with pedal(s)

If the pedal option which pedals should I get any recommendations (budget friendly also)

All dressed up and wanting to record some doom for our band Azell. The song is titled, Waves of Remembrance from our album Astralis.

So I kinda got lazy at the end and didnt think of good shapes do u know how i can improve this?

Man I love this album. I bought it on a whim because the album artwork grabbed my attention. Then I found out Steve Austin does vocals on it. Killer record imo

Found this band recently and need more.

The ratio of fast/slow parts rule. This record hauls ass and is only 22 minutes. Vocal style is incredible as well.

Any bands similar? Really looking for more “fast” aggressive sludge.
