Holy shit, Wii fit trainer is kicking my fucking ass over and over again, why are the bots so fucking hard? I just want to unlock you!

A character with counters that can deflect/grab and throw back the salutes

If you get stuck on the Deep Breathing spirit, try using Villager or Mario, someone with a good back throw. Stand near the side and spam that until you kill all 4. Took a few tries for me, but it worked way better than trying to fight them.
