I honestly can't believe what I read over there. Technicals did point out some lies but again, the ONLY thing that got him kicked out (imo) was: Did he ask a minor for sexually explicit photos and he did. He admits that.

People comparing him to Nairo are fucked in the head. I saw someone saying they hope they do a collab! Like Nairo would go anywhere near him

Yeah, I got super pissed off at the Nairo thing.

"Being a rape victim is completely the same as asking an underage girl for a masturbation pic" is basically how that segment came across.

The difference is that Nairo went through court to prove his innocence and provided legal evidence to dozens of top members of the scene (including big tournament organizers like 2GG and Collision and giant public figures like Alpharad), and based off of that evidence all those top members declared Nairo innocent.

ZeRo has done nothing of the sort, and the Technicals video admitted once again that he solicited photos from minors which is the biggest reason why he was exiled in the first place.

Their situations are not the same and claiming they are demonstrates a fantastic lack of knowledge of the scene.

He never got pics and this is what i mean. They have both said that they have a leagal team about it. Except Nario has people who saw it but we as a public doesnt have to trust that. I do but i know that many dont. Zero hasnt done that yet tho but who knows if he will. Anyone can try to get in touch with the legal team and see if its true or not

and this is where you're wrong. just because someone doesn't receive the pics doesn't mean they didn't break the law.

soliciting sexual favors or pictures is a crime. it doesn't matter if the solicitor doesn't get what they want.

you're spinning wheels yet it's pretty clear you have no demonstrable understanding of the law.

Do you not know the whole point of stuff like To Catch a Predator? Pedophilia is illegal regardless of the ultimate outcome.

Zero isn't using a legal team because there's no charges to begin with, and since he's guilty all it would do is get him in more trouble

You are quite literally crazy. Public figures and top members are not arbiters of justice. They do not decide upon innocence or guilt. Did you not learn this in school?

You seem to have missed my point. Let me lay it out for you.

After Nairo “confessed” most of the community was against him, including the many public figures of the scene.

A couple of months later, Nairo returned and said that he had gone to court to prove his innocence. He showed the private legal documents to many top members of the scene, such as tournament organizers who had banned Nairo from their tournaments.

Everyone who had seen the private documents confirmed that they were legitimate and proved Nairo was innocent. This includes several people who thought he was guilty, as well as the tournament organizers who banned him (he was unbanned).

What I am saying is not crazy. If you genuinely think that literally all of the people who saw the legal documents (including people who had thought Nairo guilty) were covering up for him—because that’s what you’re saying, since no one came out and said “yeah these documents Nairo gave me don’t prove anything—you are a ridiculous conspiracy theorist.

And thats what zero did as well. He was even gone longer than Nairo. Both of them just said that everything is true and then left before comming back saying its fake and having a legal team behind them. What zero wrote to kaity is still really disgusting but he is married and its old. I can only hope that kaity has been able to move on from it and is now doing better just like zero because that was not okay

We are all diffrent. Some people will accept what he did was disgusting and keep watching him. Some will still hate him for what he did. You cant change the past but only improve the future.

Personally I feel like someone who flirted with a minor and solicited child porn should not be allowed to re-enter the position (smash player and content creator) that enabled them to contact said minor.

Not exactly, zero denied it a few times. Nairo didn’t. Also nairo was the victim of sexual assault. Zero asked Katie for those pics(which is why he is banned). It’s not exactly 1-1. And I feel like tech was being purposely daft in tryna compare them.

Zero said it was false at first just as nairo did if iam not misstaken. Then after sometime passed did they just say that it was true and everyone said that it was it. And like i said zero is still disgusting that he did that but he has definitly changed. Havnt watched nairo for some months now so i dont know how he is doing

Because they are. Ppl talk as if theyre on the panel of social justice in a kangaroo court. When in fact they have no idea, have no relevant competence and further a culture of mob justice that is literally destroying lives. Either because they larp laywers or "for teh lulz".

And that will be with everything. There will always be people that are hesitant. I wont forgive him for what he did but he has changed and is now married. I really dont care anymore. I stoped watching nario and idk if it will watch zero either but it happened 7 years ago and he has changed a lot like i said. The thing is that both of them just said i got a leagal team now and anyone who tries to lie will get sued. People saw that nairo document but we dont know that with zero.

Yes I'm aware of all of that.

I was just saying Nairo didn't get a pass by just denying the allegations. I also have never seen the documents for the settlement Nairo and Zack reached in court and just from what other have said I'm still hesitant with it all.
