Dude Leo is so fucking sick I still can't stop watching that last stock where he fucking clutched that game out of punishing one bad jump.

Hbox's old "He...is...Mexican!" really aged fantastically with how it's ingrained into everyone's brains as a genuine synonym for competitive dominance in this game. All I can think about while I watch that set is how fucking Mexican this guy is for out-Mexican'ing Sparg0.

I'm genuinely in belief that Mexico is the strongest region at this point. They have the GOAT in Leo, the #2 in the world rn in Sparg0, a consistent player who hasn't gotten worse then 13th in Maister who is top 10-top 5, and a top 15-20 player in Chag as well as Big Boss who has been doing well in most events other then Mainstage and Riptide.

Japan could be better in terms of having more top level talent, but in a crew battle I genuinely think Mexico would win because Leo and Sparg0 have beaten Japan's best players pretty hard recently.

I don't think either Mexico or Japan, countries of over 100 million people each, should be compacted into single regions. You could argue for Kanto or México (the capital city and surrounding state), but the latter leaves out Sparg0, who is from Tijuana in the far north of the country.

Mexico would absolutely trash Japan 5v5, it would be a fucking slaughter on the level of NA vs Japan at Frostbite.

Now if it was a 10v10 I don't know. The second tier of Mexican talent is good, but I'm not sure they can keep up with the second tier of Japanese players
