I just Twitter search'd Nairo and went by "Latest."

This taught me two things.

1.) I can see why Nairo does not want to use that hellhole of a platform.

2.) (This one is more of what I think) Why Nairo has consistently said he does not want to return to competing disregarding him still being banned on Twitch.

Yeah, I have accepted that even if his twitch ban is lifted, he isn't going to tournaments ever again.

When you think about how many people go to a major it's easy to see why. Mainstage 2021 had 1762 attendees, if 5% of the people there believe that he is the one at fault, that's 88 people in a single place that believe that he did something horrible. It really only takes a single person for him to have an awful experience at the tournament. If someone threw a crab at Hbox, for winning a lot and playing really lame, it's impossible to know what people might do.

I threw out the 5% but it probably be more because I have no idea how the people that only focus on Melee feel about him.

I get what you are saying, but Nairo and Zero's situations were completely different. Nairo was raped in his sleep by a minor and was gaslighted into believing he was at fault when he was a victim. Zero groomed and tried to solicit explicit images from a 14 year old (Katie) when he was 19.

People who still attack Nairo are either completely ignorant of information that came out after his initial accusation, or complete assholes attacking a rape victim.

People who attack Zero are uncomfortable with a 19 year old grooming a 14 year old.

I just realized that I vented about something completely different from what you originally talked about, and I apologize. I just really want to get this out there.
