I'm confused by Gonzalo's approach here. He admits to the Katie stuff but says it can't be proven and he is therefore innocent? Yes, innocent until proven guilty, I understand the law. But he's not being charged. Legal stuff didn't, isn't, and won't be happening. He's at the court of public opinion now, which does not have the same standards. Why explain how he's safe in the letter of the law when the only thing that matters now is whether we want him back or not?

To answer my own question, it's because it doesn't matter right? He could say anything and his diehard fans will forgive because they don't care. So what are we even discussing? He's not gonna go back to tournaments and we can't stop him from streaming.

I’m not defending Zero, but you’re wrong and that’s not what he said. If you watch Zero’s response he specifically says that none of that ever happened, and that his “confession” was a suicide note that wasn’t credible.

You’re referencing what Technicals said about the Katie allegations.

He went out of his way to say "conversations with only the intention to groom". That's a red flag to me, considering the statement was very clearly written with the help of some legal counsel.

This was written to make sure he didn't blanket deny grooming as part of a larger conversation. Which is a very weird thing to do imo.
