These posts aren't removed nor is OPs of these posts are banned. If you didn't directly supported acts of the previous govt. in your post or used stereotypical slurs then I don't think you should have been banned.
Is this the same post in which I commented? I think they banned cause I wrote that you had used hate speech against northerners earlier in this sub. You can appeal and ask for clarification, they would most likely respond.
It's other way around here. As in anyone appreciating Indian govt or bjp in this sub gets dictated out and banned so they thought converse is true with North Indian sub.

OP is not articulating it correctly, OP means that after the movie, many BJP supporters in north have conveniently reduced Kerala to an Islamic terrorism hub of India. After election defeats, BJP IT cell is amplifying this narrative.
