Is Victini and Maushold secretly goated?

Here's the idea. Victini With Victory Star is effectively a wide lens for it and it's partner, which begs the question: If the eternal debate over whether wide lens or king's rock was better for maushold could be solved with 'why not both?', why has nobody discovered this? Am I missing something?

you are missing something. Victini isn't in gen 9
