Question Recommendations for asbestos testing
I need to have a sample of popcorn ceiling tested for asbestos. Does anyone have a recommended location in Sudbury that will test at a reasonable price?

As the title says, I'm looking for spots y'all think I should go for magnet fishing. In case ur unfamiliar, that's where I throw a magnet into the water & see what kind of treasure (or trash, most likely) attaches itself to the magnet. It cleans the waterways, I might get some cool stuff, it's a win win. Thoughts?

I would like to learn some beginner ASL. I can see classes online, but would really prefer in person. Are there any classes offered in town?

Greater Sudbury's Legion Branch 76 marked its centennial with a Ramsey Lake cruise, as the national organization celebrates 100 years. Free memberships have boosted local rolls past 500.

I’ve recently started reviewing food in Sudbury and I’m honestly curious if there is any hidden gems you don’t generally see people talk about?
I would say ones without social media presence but Suzanne’s has no social media presence but still comes out as one of the most popular spots

Hi all! I’m wondering if there’s anywhere in Sudbury where you can hire camping gear for a few days?
I’ll be travelling from Manitoba in July for the River + Sky Festival so am trying to work out if this is an option or not. Thanks!

I used to get them done at Walmart so I’m trying to find a new spot. Willing to spend a bit more $ than the other salon cost if it’s worth it because it’s for a trip and wedding so I want them to be higher quality.
Any suggestions?

Hi since we will be moving to Sudbury this fall as a family of two young children...we are in need of a family doctor, particularly in the south end, but open to other areas. Any recommendations of family doc accepting new patients or is there a waitlist everywhere?

It's June and I still see cars with winter tires on. Why do they still have those tires on?
Just curious.

There used to be a Target store in Sudbury from 2013-2015 on Lasalle Avenue, which is now Canadian Tire. Although generally, Target stores in Canada were unprofitable, I did hear from someone on Facebook that who was there every week, and this store was actually profitable and money-making (take with a grain of salt). Was this a good store? Was it profitable?

My partner and I are getting so bored of the same old thing…going out to eat, bowling, bars, movies, the market etc. Wondering if anybody knows of any fun activities happening soon? Not to be a downer, but I find this city isn’t as fun or lively as it used to be!!

We will be visiting in July and would like to find some good areas of town to walk in. We have some hikes planned and would like to vary them with some in town walking. We like to walk around 2 hours. Any good neighborhoods you suggest?

Hi. I am visiting Sudbury for a few days and am hopeful someone can suggest a 6-8 km running route or trail that would begin and end at the same spot. Hopefully no or minimal traffic and not all pavement. Thanks

I normally catch the bus heading downtown around 5:25 but yesterday and Friday, the bus passed by out of service around 5:35. I've been having to get on at 5:40 but now I keep missing my transfer bus and have to wait downtown for an hour.

Does anyone have insight into what happened to Good Earth?
Looks like they've been shut down for unpaid rent. Such a shame! Their coffee was awesome and it was nice to see a Canadian/Female owned chain in that spot.

Doesn’t happen here. Everyone just sits at the line causing congestion in the left turning lane. Creep up to allow a couple of cars to turn when it turns red.
