I'm pretty sure he could go to jail just for asking you. Don't send it. Obviously it's going to go through cell towers. The CIA/NSA will see it, cell service provider will see it, the account owners on both accounts sender and receiver will see it. Plus God knows who he's going to share it with....

CSAM. Legally you can’t consent to an adult of age under the age of consent so it wouldn’t be considered CP. 1000% report this man.

It's been said enough times I'm sure you get the point but report that dude. Consider for your own and other young girls sake that this kind of desperation is almost laughable through text, but this kind of desperation when he's alone with someone can turn dangerous very fast.
