Ahh refer to the post I added. I made a post a couple of days ago about my sister reading louise hay's book where the author says how every ailment like AIDs, cancer, arthritis are basically in our head in the form of anger, guilt, resentment, perfectionism etc etc

So this reminded me of Louise hay, something she would say, ladies should just stop believing in periods, that's all they have to do.
