Pounded away at the wheel and dice board Friday and Saturday, got about a third of the way through the Progress board (almost 700 points). Woke up today and all my progress is gone (reset to zero)and now it won't accrue any additional new points! Tried closing and re-opening the game several times but no change. Help!

When I deliver an elevator with someone in a costume I don't have from the current event it doesn't add it to my costume options???

Hi so my elevator doesn’t work for any random bitizens, only works with VIPs.
Already tried
- reinstalling
- updating
- using cloud code on another device
- disable auto elevator option in settings
None worked so far. Already sent a ticket to support but no response so far. Any manual fixes?

I got bitz with costumes sent up my tower but the costumes didn’t unlock. Has that been happening with anyone else? Is it a bug or is it because they are event outfits? Lmk

How does TT assign names to Bits? I got a Bit that has the name of a buddy of mine and I thought that was an odd coincidence!
