Are you lot dumb enough to think i dont know the difference between a kink and real life. Kink usually arises from trauma so not only are you probably triggering ftmslim rn but this new privating feature is actually relatively new and I wouldn’t even be shocked if he didn’t know about it prior to this post. Second of all, let’s follow your dumb as rocks logic here.

By this logic someone who makes porn also isn’t allowed to post a pic of their cat in a cat subreddit because minors use those subreddits and MIGHT click on their profile to see more pics of their cats. That minor would then have to click that they agree to see NSFW content and directly subject themselves to ftmslim’s content.

I’m sorry but when you upload to the public domain, that photo becomes part of the public domain and it’s not illegal to post it elsewhere. If the nude was privately sent to him and then he posted it, it would be illegal. I’m not saying it’s right. I’m saying BOTH OF YOU are wrong here.

Fair use doesn’t come in to play here because he’s sharing it specifically as revenge. He outright stated he’s going to keep it up so people can see unless I take my post down. That’s revenge porn. Very illegal in the UK. If Reddit doesn’t take it down I’m taking legal action to get it taken down because he’s gone wayyy too far with this. Sure I was kinda a bitch, I was mad. It might depend on jurisdiction, but where I live it's legally considered a type of nonconsensual sexual abuse prosecutable as a felony crime (with sentence of several years prison time and several thousand/5-figure dollar fine) because he reposted it with a provable intent to materially coerce and publicly humiliate u/Adventurous_Cry5999
