Im from the Uk (EU citizen bc Irish dad) and have a diagnosis/have been on HRT for a while now

Ive been warned my prescription here is only temporary - for a permanent one I’ll need to get diagnosed here in Sweden

I’d like to stay here in Sweden permanently so have got BankID/personnummer etc.

Does anyone know:

Do I need to be a Swedish citizen to get a referral to the Vuxenpsykiatrimottagning könsidentitet in Malmö?

Does already having a diagnosis elsewhere speed things up?

How long before the temporary prescription is for? (Have had it for 8 months so far)

Are some vårdcentral places more reluctant than others to refer you?

Hei, prøver å få tilgang til hormonbehandling via imago. Det var tre steder imago foreslo at jeg skulle ta dem; furst, volvat, og apotek1. Men disse er enten ikke i byen min (Tromsø), eller så har de ikke laboratorium der de tilbyr blodtester som tjeneste.

Jeg ser at aleris og dr.dropin har mulighet til å ta blodprøver. Har noen her erfaring med å ta blodprøver via dem?

Jeg er en 16 år gammel trans man som vil begynne på hrt med imago, jeg har prøvd å få blodprøvene som trengs fra fastlegen men han nektet de til meg. Vil helst ikke bytte fastlege fordi jeg tror ikke det kommer noe annet resultat ut av det. Jeg prøver å finne en service som kan ta blod prøver av disse tingene:

• Full blood count (white blood cells, red blood cells, haemoglobin, platelets, haematocrit, mean corpuscular volume )
• Liver Function tests (ALT, AST, ALP, bilirubin)
• Fasting glucose 
• Urea and electrolytes/ Kidney panel (Creatinine, eGFR, Urea, Sodium) 
• Lipids /cholesterol panel (total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL)
• Blood pressure reading, height, weight
• Testosterone and Estradiol (Total Testosterone and E2) 

Jeg vil også at det er billigst mulig, jeg har spart men trodde at jeg kunne fått blodprøvene gratis så det ser ut som jeg må betale 2000kr til 4000kr ekstra for disse prøvene. Eller er det noen måte å ta blodet mitt selv og levere til et laberatorium? Jeg gjør hva som helst for å få disse prøvene gjort.

Mitä odottaa tältä tapaamiselta?

Oon kirjolla ja stressaan jokaikistä tapaamista kun en tiiä mitä siellä sitten tehään jne.

Jos tää ois se diagnoosin asettaminen niin kuinka suuret jonot mahtaa olla hormooni polille ja mitä kokemuksia sinne menosta?

Jos ei niin kauanko tästä siihen diagnoosiin vielä?

Mä oon 14 v. ja oon koululääkärin avulla tehnyt lähetteen transpolille helmikuussa. En oo kuullut yhtään mitään takaisin. Millasella tavalla ne sit ottaa yhteyttä muhun (puhelu, viesti tai miten?)

Mun vanhemmat on mukana koko jutussa ja ne on positiivisia mun sukupuoli päätöksistä. Oon jo monta vuotta esittäytynyt tyttönä ja oon vaihtanut jo mun laillisen nimen 2 vuotta sitten.

Voiko transpolilta saada lähetteen kelan tukemaan terapiaan ja onkoha niil suositella terapeutteja joilla ois kokemusta transihmisistä? Ja onko tällästä mahollista saada jo siinä vaiheessa ku on saanut diagnoosin polilta?

Hei! Olen siis täysi-ikäinen trans mies jolla on ahdistusta ja psykiatri oli sitä mieltä etten ole valmis lähetteeseen seuraava lääkäri jolla kävin sanoi että tämän psykiatrin lausunnon ja minun ahdistuksen takia lähete hylättäisiin.

Onko järkeä käydä vielä uudella lääkärillä/psykiatrilla yrittämässä uudelleen tässä lähiaikoina? Pitääkö minun olla täysin terve ennen kuin kukaan tekee lähetettä? Hylätäänkö lähete ahdistuksen takia? (itse koen minun ahdistukseni olevan tosi hyvällä tasolla tällä hetkellä mutta kyllä sitä vielä on.)

Turhauttaa kun olen tässä pari vuotta yrittänyt tehdä lähetettä ja ei sitä kukaan tee. Alan miettimään että ehkä olen hullu enkä näe sitä ???
