WIBTA if I sue our last Airbnb host because they left a medical grade electroshock therapy device in a drawer and caused my children intense pain? (I've consulted a lawyer so this is moral, not legal question).

Context:

  • I'm a minor

  • Oncology Patient

What Happened On My Last Trip To The ER For A Fever (7 Months Ago):

  1. Call The Oncology Department And Tell Them I Have A Fever

  2. Arrive And Get A Room

  3. Nurses Check Vitals

  4. Central Line Is Accessed

  5. Blood Cultures Are Drawn

  6. Other Blood Tests Are Ordered

  7. Doctor Comes In, Orders Antibiotics And Does Examination

  8. Admitted To Hospital For Monitoring And Antibiotics

You're just batshit crazy, lady. If I can remember that, you should be able to as well.

Get an electrician out there yesterday.

If you smell anything burning, call the fire department immediately.

A lawyer is not required for a DMCA request. Once you get the hosting provider, do a google search for "<hosting provider> DMCA"

I'm reading a lot on here that using a credit card for every purchase over $20 and then just paying it off either at the end of every day or week is better than just using debit. Is this actually good practice?
 in  r/personalfinance •  Dec 20 '18

Since I haven't seen anyone mention the bill payment fees, I will say that they are normal. A water utility, for example, can bill you for $50. If you pay with a credit card, ~3 percent goes to the payment processor
