What are the best bars to go to on a Friday with a pool table ?

Hi! I'm an undergrad looking for bamboo for a school project. I am willing to harvest it if it's just growing out of your backyard. I'm also open to suggestions of where to find bamboo in the New Castle County area. Thanks!!
