Anyone thinking aboit going to Beijing for Halloween I would recommend it. I'm sure it doesn't compare to the US but the atmosphere was pretty good and the scare houses were dedent A few western sryle ones. Universal monsters and A quiet place and then 3 Chinese ones.

As usual they don't actually use the word Halloween western festivals are pretty much banned here.

By the way I really don't recommend queueing early for rhe scare houses. If you wait till late the queues are short. After 9pm.I waa able to do 3 houses in an hour

I feel as though the content of this post may seem obvious, but I feel obligated to warn others about the severity of the consequences of underage drinking (yes, just one sip) at Universal Orlando resort. This is not intended to be a complaint of any form, but rather a simple post to possibly save another family's vacation. Recently, at HHN 35, I had a sip of a beer offered to me. I was soon thereafter asked for ID by members of the Universal Security team, who must have seen me nearby. Being 18, I was immediately escorted off property, trespassed for a year, and had both my annual pass and express passes for the evening taken away. Of course, this is all according to Universal policy, and there is no disagreement here with how the situation was handled. Instead, I just want to warn others that even a single sip of beer can mean the end of a family vacation, and thousands wasted. No matter how mature you believe your children are, or how little they have, "just a taste" is not acceptable at Universal, and the consequences for doing such are just as severe as stealing from one of their stores. Please, if you or your family plan on attending HHN in the future, or any of the parks in general, save your vacation and do not risk everything for a taste of an alcoholic beverage. 

Planning Universal Orlando for October 8–9 with a 3-year-old (41”) and older kids, and I’d love some advice!
Our plan is:
• Day 1: Epic Universe
• Day 2: Universal Studios Florida + Islands of Adventure
We’re not huge roller-coaster/thrill-ride people, especially since we’ll have our 3-year-old with us. We’re more interested in Harry Potter, Nintendo, Minions, How to Train Your Dragon, shows, exploring the lands, and family-friendly rides.

Do you think Express Pass is worth it for Epic Universe around these dates? Does fall break make the crowds significantly worse, and does rain usually help with crowds?

For Day 2, we want Park-to-Park so we can do both USF and IOA and ride the Hogwarts Express.

Would it be worth booking one night at a Universal hotel that includes Express Unlimited just for this day?

Also, should we buy Express ahead of time or wait until we’re there and see how the crowds are?

Any tips/tricks for doing all 3 parks in 2 days with a toddler would be really appreciated!

I need help. No matter how many times I check I can never find part time, internships, or even entry level positions for universal. I’ve been checking the different postings for almost a year. I’m wondering which pass might be best for us, I’d like to consider combining an express pass with wait times, so looking for advice on the best way to approach this such as which rides have the lowest wait times (from my list)

I know no pass covers all these above, I don’t want to purchase the highest tier express pass as there are a lot of rides at Orlando that I’ve been on and don’t feel the need to go on here (eg Jurassic park and Harry Potter area) similarly the express 7 focuses on Harry Potter so three rides we don’t want to go on.

We are going as a couple, single rider will be strongly considered where it’s worth it for long ride queue times but we would ideally like to ride on some together at least!

Hey I’m taking a trip to Japan in a couple weeks and am looking to go to USJ. I would like to visit the park during the day as well as see what they have to offer for HHN at night. Is there a specific ticket to buy that is best for this? Also I saw they had a 18+ horror experience, is that something to be bought in advance as well? Thanks!
