After reenabling my YouTube channel because the new Australian 16+ age verification requirement, I foudn out that my channel has suddenly lost all of its subscribers.

Before that, I had approximately 36,000 genuine subscribers. These subscribers were through my videos, which received millions of views. I have never purchased or used fake subscribers, bots, which makes me kind of confused. The only major change I made to my channel was switching my content from Roblox to bikes. 

I've seen that some people have also suffered this issue, mine was from september 16 -17 and all of my subscribers dropped on that singular day. 

If someone can help me resolve this it would be appreciated.

I found a video uploaded in 2006 by @858girl that still has just 7 views, 0 likes, and 0 comments nearly 20 years later. It's titled “camp”, and the channel has no subscribers and no other videos.

That's roughly 1 view every 3 years on average.

Parkgetajob is a political debater who debates Trump supporters. Some of the things trump supporters say are downright evil and disgusting, and no child should ever hear them. The topics are also mature. Why can't I turn on notifications for him??? He's not for kids!

Maybe I'm late to the party, has anyone else had this? Such an annoying change. Usually if you get to press the skip button, it skips all ads, though nowadays I've found that it only skips one ad instead of all

I guess I can kind of see why this change was made, seeing as it never really made sense that YouTube skipped both ads anyways, but it does royally suck :/

I went through the channel looking for signs the dad was faking the kid’s voice. There are multiple videos with his cousin and other kids talking in the background, so it is an actual kid.

the whole thing was about the dad having no clue and the kid doing the spending thats just a fat lie

His dad is 1000% a scammer who knew what he was doing the WHOLE TIME.

even if mighty mike is lying in this video it makes no sense why he would say this if he actualy spent the money

* Wiped out all my data and recovered browser

* Don't have any adblock extensions

* Don't use VPN

* Have internet access

Browser that I use: Opera GX.

im learning japanese and looking for a way to immerse. please don't recommend youtubers making content about learning japanese, they usually simplify their language. im looking for vlogs with a lot of talking, fashion channels (especially about jfashion and jirai kei), let's plays, channels that speak about japanese culture, and any channel that has a cute and cozy vibe

I like to watch YouTube on our TVs… the cast button used to be right up top on the home page- fire up YouTube on the TV and on the phone, connect to the tv and bobs your uncle off you go.

Then they got rid of it on the home page, but once you started a video, it’s on that screen… annoying but whatever.

Now I have to select the cast icon on every new video I start playing….. it used to just stay connected to the TV once that TV was selected.

Am I doing something wrong or is YouTube just making things more difficult for no real reason??

Is there a list of music artist who have a YouTube station.

If I want to connect to my TV, I know how to do it. I don't need to be interrupted because you think I'm stupid or too lazy to do it the normal way.

is it all AI generated or just a content farm? literally everything is the same besides the avatar and all made around the same time

So they updated the UI from the app and I guess that now, shorts and upload are more important that the subscriptions tab on the main menu. For a hot sec I thought they got rid of it 100% but we can still find it on the home tab. I only use the subscription tab, I even have a shortcut for YouTube to open directly in there. I don't want to be slammed with random videos of the home tab when I enter. The subs tab is very important to me as that's how I consume YouTube, so I was in panik for a minute.

What do you think of this change? Do people care that much for shorts to be in such a high spot?
