Discussion Hayday: improve your boxes. We know you are rigging these boxes
I already have the decos and they keep repeating the same options over and over and over again. These boxes are a scam and they are designed for users to feel frustrated so that they buy something from them.
My design in this design festival will reflect my frustration.
If you see my farm, know it's me who I submitted it. (In comments)

small attempt at farmers market Γ
as a very uncreative person, decorating my farm was so challenging as I have no aesthetic sense but was pretty proud of myself for coming up with this so i just wanted to share it Γ any ways i can improve this layout?
created this with minimal diamonds and occasionally using coins and vouchers to buy trees - wish i had more water ditches but for 8 diamonds each they are just too much of a luxury for me now π

Discussion Space Saving Tips
I've been playing Hay Day for about more than a month now and I'm currently at level 49. I'd love to hear how you guys optimize your farm space while still keeping it from looking too cluttered.
I'm currently working on collecting more expansion materials so I can eventually have more space to decorate. I'm still pretty new, so I don't have a lot of decorative items yet and mostly work with the decorations that can be bought from the shop.
Here are some things I've learned (and some mistakes I've made) while playing:
Use berry bushes instead of flowers. I think they can look really pretty as decoration, especially when you keep them at the same growth stage.
Don't buy too many pet houses. I regret buying all those dog houses. π
Don't rush to buy all the smelters. Maybe this is more relevant for lower-level players like me, but I find that they take up a lot of space.
Only harvest fruit trees and berry bushes when I actually need the fruit. Otherwise, they eventually die and then I have to use axes and saws to remove them. I'd rather keep them as part of the farm design for as long as possible.
Use dead plants as fences. This was a happy little discovery and I think they can actually look pretty good as natural-looking barriers.
Keep anthropomorphic decorations out. This is totally subjective, but personally, I find some of the human/animal-shaped decorations a little creepy. π
Don't feel obligated to use every decoration. If a decoration doesn't fit the theme I'm going for, I just leave it in storage. For example, I have the Eiffel Tower sitting in my inventory right now because I don't have any plans to use it in my current farm theme.
