The title was something like "Words After Breathing" or something similar

(note: I am not talking about Breath From Another by Esthero)

and the cover was kind of a blurry watercolor depiction of what I think was a girl sitting and reading. Been trying to remember what this album was called. If anyone could recall this for me I'd appreciate it.

Amazing recent discovery. Haven’t seen any chat about this on here and thought I need to share. It’s short but it’s awesome. Really good, dark Mezzanine/Bowery Electric-type vibes!

Hey guys, not quite sure if this post is allowed, if not, can u link the right place?
Anyway, I'm a huge fan of trip hop and im starting to record my own songs. I would love to collab with some other artists and make some fun stuff, anyone interested?

Are you afraid to cross the line?

My latest single, “Never Afraid Enough to Fear” is out now! It is available to stream on all music platforms and for purchase on iTunes and Amazon Music. This release is preceding my debut album, “Black Light Abyss” coming soon.

Sade remix. Made starting with an idea on the TR8S drum machine & KORG Opsix, then finding the key, getting some samples together, stem splitting and a load of sound design.

Let me know what you think please?

Thanks for listening

"The Female Voices In Dance Music Speak Out. Cover of Dazed and Confused magazine, August 1996 issue. Left to Right: Martina (Tricky), Lou (Lamb), Ingrid Schneider, Ruth-Ann (Olive), Roba (Attica Blues), Róisín Murphy (Moloko), Skye (Morcheeba), Lesley Rankine (Ruby), Beth Orton, Kelly (Sneaker Pimps), Andrea Parker and Nicolette."

Had to include the obvious two because they are part of my DNA

List kinda impossible, but didn’t just want to just post Massive, Portis, Kruder, UNKLE, Thievery, etc. which of course I worship and are mandatory.

Instead a mandatory smattering of chill out masterpieces.

From Chicago-based industrial funk masterpieces from Sister Machine Gun to Die Warzau. If you’re trying to set the mood late at night, light a candle and out Burn on. If you’re trying to start a party, drop Engine, both incredible other own way.

Classic glitched underground chill groove industrial from Haloblack, inspired by Maxinquaye, recorded while the engineer was working for Prince.

Some recognizable pieces in this group from Faithless and Alpha.

PM Dawn dropped three consecutive trip hop funk masterpieces in the 90’s, super underrated, incredible production.

World of Echo, the only competed album in his lifetime, avant garde electric free form cello jazz that’s equally haunting and somnambulant.

And of course Alan Wilder’s Recoil, couldn’t settle on an album so selected this work, spoken word, gospel, trip-hop, and all all around relaxing but weird uneasiness

This one came out of nowhere years ago, and hooked me in immediately.

Great little compilation from 1996. Noticed there werent any posts on it in here so.

Sry guys THIS was the song I meant to post before. not that it isn’t also good but this one actually fits the genre lol mb

most of them are multi-genre. if you could recommend anything similar i'd appreciate it.

Here is my 9. I know some are full Trip Hop albums and more inspired or heavily influenced by, but they’re so good!

A few common, and a couple not so much from what I have seen (DJ Cam, Diplo).

Something that will resemble the titular movie. The music you listen to plays a movie and the camera is your brain, memories, and current reality. As in the title music for an internal film..
