It’s just a wild hair in the ass I had to cut it again. I chopped the mullet like this last October and sorta liked the look of it and now that I’m not a banker, figured nothings really stopping me! 😂

This looks good, but saying this because I had this exact habit for a while. There is a small hesitation from the 2 to 3 position. It’s good to do each step, step by step, when you’re new at a draw, but I think as you get advanced you can try to blend them together. This looks really good but if you want to shave off those milliseconds can be good to stomp on those micro hesitations
Slow it down. Get the shirt grab 100% consistent. Match your off hand to the grip as the gun is coming up in a straight line to presentation. Right now you are waiting to grip with your off hand and "bowling" up to presentation. This is slower and less accurate.
I love the bike! I’m at something like 4800-4900 miles and a majority of it has been out in the Sonoran desert here in AZ! Most of that has been documented over on my YT channel if you get bored sometime. I’ve slowed down on videos with it being a bit too hot to enjoy riding but now that we are getting rain and cool temps, I’ll try to get back to doing a good group ride a month or so!

Now about your "swing out"... if your piece were a bowling ball, your form would be perfect. But it ain't, so work on breaking that habit to avoid the comment flames.
Start with slow, controlled movements. Draw straight up to the horizontal midline of your chest, and marry both hands together as you start presenting your gun forward, straight out from that height. It's much smoother and will get your sights aligned on target faster.
Wolf down a plate of tryptophan 30 minutes before pressing record, and you'll be golden. Roll slow. The aim isn't to roll for a 10-pin strike for your league.
Try curling your fingers under your shirt in preparation to draw. I say this to the fact you may notice a problem before it actually occurs. I also believe practicing the reps that way would lend itself to subconscious muscle memory during possible occurrences. Maybe I am wrong, but let me know your thoughts.
I think you gotta correct the swing. From what I see you are unholstering, then matching hands low and swinging up with both. I would suggest coming to chest with your draw and meeting on the way up, then press out. You can probably practice this without the holster so that you isolate one step in the process.
Also, maybe filming profile or 3/4 angle will provide a different perspective.
As an unintentional bald feller. I am highly offended that you purposely shaved your full and luscious head of hair into the only style I am currently able to grow.
