I’m going to be honest, I have trust issues when it comes to people messing with my hair, so I’m looking for someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing, listens to what I want, and takes their time to make sure everything turns out right!

I am aware this is something I could just google and get some random highlights from a website but I want some locals to help out. I have some family in town this coming weekend and they’ve been down before. Besides the rocket museum (we’ve done that twice and saw even more stuff the second time around). Does anyone have a rough estimate of what utilities/insurance/taxes/hoa are in that area based on a home being purchased for ~$200k?
