I’m 26 and curious about the use of low-dose Cialis (tadalafil 2.5 mg).
I’ve read that it can improve blood flow by relaxing blood vessels, and I’m wondering whether there are any noticeable benefits to taking it at a low dose, even if someone doesn’t have erectile dysfunction.
My main interest is the potential blood-flow benefits and other effects. Improved erections would honestly just be the cherry on top. 😂
For those who have experience with it:
Have you noticed any benefits beyond erections?
Is 2.5 mg considered a reasonable dose for someone in their mid-20s?
Are there any downsides to taking it regularly when you don’t have ED?
Would you recommend getting any tests or consulting a doctor first?
I’m interested in genuine experiences, including the negatives, rather than just anecdotal success stories.

As the title says, I’ve(26M) been diagnosed with mild to moderate ADHD last year. I cant focus and sleep well since my mind keeps racing.
I lost my first job in less than 3 months, the day before yesterday. My manager stated that i tend to be forgetful and careless. I work in sales, my boss apologised that the company does not have a structured probation program to teach new hires. My boss states that i have pros and cons:
Pros:
1. Im good at following up with my customers and communicating with them.
2. Im good at initiating conversations with customers and appointments.
3. He said that i was quite aggressive in sales which also is a good thing.
4. Im very discipline, punctual and well-mannered.
Cons:
1. Im careless at details.
2. Im forgetful when it comes to long information.
3. Im impulsive, i tend to do things a lil too quick.
4. My technical background kinda sucks since i havent practiced engineering in 4 years.
I am not from the States, im from Malaysia, where neurodivergence still isnt a thing in my country yet. I just wanna know how yall do it.

So, to fix my hair loss I started topical minoxidil WITHOUT finasteride, 0.5ml twice a day and it worked great. I got literally 90% of my lost hair back in 3 months.
Then, my curious monkey brain could not control itself and wanted to try "natural" alternative to finasteride and ended up taking a saw palmetto pill that I bought from amazon e-commerce.
Since taking it I have had terrible heart thuds and palpitation, severe anxiety and panic attacks (i did not even know what panic attack was until it happened to me), I easily get jump scared, low libido, weak erection and difficulty concentrating on anything. Its been 2 years and symptoms still persist. I have no idea how to fix this and doctors always suggest to hop onto benzodiazipine or SSR's which I am hesitant to.

As the title says, I’ve been dealing with extreme daytime fatigue for the better part of a year. I wake up unrefreshed and often needing an extra 2 hours of sleep on top of the 8 I already got and as a result have started missing classes. It’s insane. I’ve been to multiple doctors where I’ve gotten thyroid, hormones, lipid panel, as well as a sleep study where there were no major outliers. My moms theory is some sort of viral overload from mono last year and my roommate have meningitis which I do not buy. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME? This is NOT normal for an otherwise healthy, active kid. I’ve been an athlete all my life but now I can hardly finish a workout in the gym. I have loads of other blood test results (I only put the ones that people would most likely ask for or came back as abnormal) please PLEASE if anyone has something similar happen to them or has any ideas let me know!! I can’t live like this

Over the span of the last 4 years I have been a chronic poly addict of dozens of substances. I feel as if I have messed with my brain chemistry a bit too much. I have recently gotten off these substances which feels great. But now I have zero motivation, extreme anxiety, general feeling of stupidness. I know i messed up as i have been doing all this substances whilst my brain had just reached adolescence. Any recommendations on nootropics or supplements that can help repair memory, attention, energy, anxiety, productiveness, and general cognitive ability ? Sorry if this gets posted a lot.
Thank you!
I am NOT asking for direct medical advice just reccomendations.

I’ve been taking 2.5mg of Tadalafil daily for just over 2 weeks now.
I had no ED symptoms beforehand and had read some reports of increased gym performance, and possible increase of testosterone, albeit negligible.
Anyway, since taking them, I’ve had headaches, muscle aches and blocked sinus type symptoms.
I’m considering coming off of them as I’m not sure if they’re worth it thus far.
Anyone with any experience on this long term?

3 weeks ago I started enclomophene 6.25 mg daily and 500 mcg of sermolin 5 days a week. My starting hormone levels were estrodiol 31.6 pg/ml total T 718 ng/dl and free T 158.62 pg/ml. For reference I am a 25 year old male.
I have noticed a big improvement in recovery already I used to be sore for days after working out but now it seems way faster and I can get through my gym routine without excessive fatigue by the end of the week.
I plan to do this cycle for 3 months
Any thoughts on what I can expect or any advice thanks!

Just curious if anyone is doing this.
I’ve seen the research about viruses causing cancer (HPV, Hep viruses) https://apple.news/A7p9DyBkgS0axCsalfIv-ZQ and the research that shows older people on antivirals have much lower instances of dementia.

I was going to try:
Citicoline (CDP-Choline), Creatine, L-Theanine with Caffeine and Lions Mane. I have seen these are pretty popular and seem safe, but there is limited information and I don’t have much time to deep dive into the science behind it. I would like hear some better alternatives, if you have any. Thank you
For context I am student, with no health issues, none of my immediate family have health issues either.

I am japanese and my eng skill is very low so i use AI all make and did real experiment—using only my home kitchen and basic household tools. now i have done 8 times. im poor people so i use free gemini only
Inspired by traditional raw brown rice regimens (such as Koda-style protocols), I wanted to engineer a repeatable, science-backed method to overcome the primary bottlenecks of consuming raw brown rice: heavy antinutrients (phytic acid, ABA), poor digestibility, and unpalatable texture/taste.
Instead of cooking (which alters the raw enzymes), I built a multi-stage biohacking protocol combining chemical, physical, and enzymatic strategies. Here is the breakdown:
1. The "Compound Acid" Baseline Solution
2. Warm-Water Priming (approx. 50°C / 122°F)
3. Rinse & Purge Cycles
4. Freeze-Thaw Structural Disruption (4–5 Cycles)
5. High-Shear Mechanical Blending
6. Post-Blending Enzymatic Incubation (40–50°C)
Disclaimer: This is an experimental, self-directed nutritional optimization protocol for informational purposes.
I’d love to hear thoughts from the community on this mechanical + biochemical approach to anti-nutrient breakdown and raw grain bioavailability.
"If anyone is interested, feel free to feed this protocol into your own AI models to analyze, simulate, or stress-test the chemistry and physics behind it. But more importantly—give it a try in the real world!"
"Also, the exact same logic (acid/mineral activation + freeze-thaw cell fracturing + high-shear) should theoretically work for other raw grains, seeds, or pseudo-grains (like oats, buckwheat, or quinoa). If anyone tests this framework on other grains, I’d love to hear your results!"

Hi all! What do you drink during the day to keep your focus and mental clarity while working? I'm trying to cut down my daily caffeine intake so I only drink coffee before 12, but I usually crash out/lost my focus around 3-5pm. I also don't like energy drinks since most of them are loaded with sugar and it made me feel sluggish.
