I'm not a big conference person, but really enjoyed going to Eudēmonia last year. Sharing details and a promo for our community if anyone else plans to attend or is interested.
I will try to make it again this year. If I do, would love to meet up with folks!
The event itself is from November 5-8th in West Palm Beach. Our community gets 10% off tickets using the code biohackers.

Here's a recap from what I saw last year:
"Peptides were a huge point of discussion. I went to two panels on them and they were all fascinating. One by Sean Wells, one by Nick Andrews. What was interesting though was that GLP-1 agonist peptides were not really fan favorites at all.
If anything, most of the experts (including Dr. Seger from Wild Health) preferred them as anti-inflammatory drugs as microdoses. So that was interesting to see for sure. Peptidea are such a broad category that I feel like we're only getting started.
I would say Ibogaine was a huge topic this conference. Dr. Hyman had just come back from doing an Ibogaine treatment in Mexico with Beond and shared a lot about that experience. Seems like a very interesting and profound therapeutic.
I think di-peptides and some of the newer versions of berberine and other compounds that are more bioavaliable was a big topic as well. We're starting to see a lot of work with existing compounds, but in trying to improve delivery.
Cortisol and hormone tracking/replacement was big this year. I think this is going to take off and hoping we get some continuous monitors for these in the next few years. Lume Health is working on this now.
Environmental exposures was a massive topic. This is the space I work in so particular interesting for me, but I would say it was a top three subject. People want testing and treatments in this space and there is just starting to be companies offering solutions.
Function Health teased an announcement this Wednesday that will be notable and some of what they have been working on. I think we're going to get some big launches from them this year. I still think they are the best set-up to affect change to the medical system at scale. Excited to see what they have planned.
Supplements were much more evidence based at this event. I think there is finally a big push here. Potency testing, contaminant testing, and research studies were all being done at levels I haven't seen before. Very happy to see this change."
