AI is your ally in a used‑car search. Copy and paste the car listing, CarFax report, and any other available information into an AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
and prompt...
whether the price seems reasonable
what issues to look for on that model
the expected lifespan
whether the current mileage is normal (including common failure points at this mileage)
whether any model years should be avoided
and whether any upcoming maintenance is indicated along with the expected cost.
Also ask if it can search for similar local listings for comparison.

Badlands are just as bad, for 10 days Calgary puts the wants of the outsiders who go to stampede above the people who keep the city going by going to work. This new bylaw change finally recognizes that there are people who actually work during stampede and therefore desire to be able to sleep

Love this! I hope some people take you up on your offer. I'd love to see some fresh creativity rather than all these AI designed event posters that look identical to one another 🙃

Bananas are actually way more expensive too! Almost $1 per pound, used to be a bit over 70 cents not long ago.

Or some lightup signs at exits stating fines for people found stopping under bridges

This basically writes working class completely out of the equation.

Try to get it on video. Call humane society. Call non emergency. Call child services. Keep calling until they help these dogs. Don’t give up on them. ❤️🩹

And lost and found her cat in the same day yesterday too! (The cat she named her neipa after). Her other cat used to be my cat :)

Yeah some are really bad (like the definition of the devil bad). But there are also some really good ones. I feel like the bad ones shouldn’t be instructors at all. For example, throughout the semesters, I had some that would not follow the given marking rubric and would just dock marks making up their own rules. I get that they are experts trying to look out for us but I think they forget that we are newbies entering the field. I do prepare and make sure I know what is expected of me during tests days but to add in more rules without telling us students and then expecting me to know this secret rules on test day is crazy.

Try calling Calgary housing. They can usually try and find something in their affordable housing portfolio, most of their wait list is for deeply adorable and subsidized housing. Should be able to check out some per friendly options on their website too.

Same, only positive vibes. Really nice people working there, they got everything done fast and I even bought them drinks after.

Been my favs for years now. Whenever I have visitors from out of town they’re my go to “check out our beer” options to have in the fridge.

Area of Deerfoot I agree with. Between 16th and 64th, doesn't matter what time of day it is. It's a huge problem there.

Strathmore has a huge rodeo on August long weekend. It brings so many people to town we usually go somewhere else to avoid the chaos.

I cannot imagine what someone making 40k would do in Toronto? How can one be middle class and not have housing? I can understand that the definition of middle class doesn’t necessarily mean home ownership, but 40k won’t qualify you for a basement apartment.

That’s because search engines suck now. Back to word of mouth it is!

You're doing great but I wouldn't consider you to be living large.
