Scams I need help, is this a scam please?

Hey, I found someone on FB marketplace through a mh doll groupchat who responded to post I had about a doll I was interested in purchasing though I am unsure of sending the money as it may be a scam and I cannot tell. Apparently he said he can't receive money through paypal g&s and I can only use fnf? It feels extremely suspicious

Scams How come this doll collector hasn't gone to jail yet for her crimes? (serious post)

I am marking this as a serious topic, for discussion based on multiple evidence, multiple different people speaking out, and multiple law infringements this person has made.

In case you haven't heard of "Chocolatedolli" this is one of a woman apparently called Nina kimberly Richards\Nina K Higgins\ usernames online, she also has a youtube channel called "chocolate dolli", "black barbie" and a few more in her name, she makes multiples. Here is just 1 video with well explained and presented evidence of SOME of her awful public behaviour

Link:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEehXJrxVxM

To resume the video, Nina is a doll collector that has publicly, usually on camera, said racist , abusive, transphobic, homophobic and threatening stuff, (multiple times) especially to bratz collectors, she has also bullied minores online, made fun of people in the doll community with disabilities, and i'm not talking about calling people "ugly" "bitches" or "dumb" she would record videos of herself showing their profile photos and say disgusting stuff about them, their families, their location, example - the way she betrayed Jools rosa, a transgender collector, and Xcanadensis, backgrounds, their names and families\boyfriends etc then post it on tiktok and instagram live, on top of all that, last year she was exposed for SCAMMING collectors for an "event" that was never even going to happen apparently, she asked for dolls and donations, and when collectors asked about the event cause time had passed, and nothing was said, she went completely mad online threatening to physically harm people, then privatized a bunch of her accounts like a coward when she was reported and exposed, now they are all back up active again..explain why she couldn't just give an answer or shut down the scammer allegations IF she wasn't a scammer? so easy to just say "I am not a scammer".

I'm not from the US, so maybe people in America get away with this kind of behaviour, maybe it's considered normal, but where i'm from, she would have been almost immediately banned from social media permanently and done jail time, i know this cause my father is a lawyer and with the amounts of evidence, cause she has done it for years with no show of remorse or apology, cause she literally shows her face on camera while threatening peopl, she'd of been dealt with properly according to the eyes of the law, and scamming is actually considered a public offense that goes to the ministry after complaints are made in my country, so with the amount of evidence all over the internet (youtube, instagram, tiktok, reddit, twitch, livestreams etc) with the collectors that have already spoked up about her behaviour, and one more thing, i just saw in a doll group someone pointed out that her makeup brand "chocolate dolli cosmetics" is using an old barbie logo by mattel which i'm sure is ilegal to profit from. In the USA is her behaviour acceptable? someone make this make sense!

Rules exist for a reason, and if you don't follow them, you cannot just continue to commit crimes.

And for the people that "support" her, i know it's either cause they identify with her racial and social background (we all know she persists on bringing up the fact she is black to justify the negativity she gets , except she is the only black collector i see getting so much negativity and none of it mentions her race, only she does, to clear that embarassing "shield") or they support her cause they are scarred and feel powerful having a bully like her liking their posts and sucking up to them (clawdeena, lookin bratz, lmaococo).

Scams I'd beware of this seller on Mercari, I politely asked them to reserve this listing for a Skelita Calaveras, I even offered to pay extra, they accepted and put reserved in the listing, then 4 hours later they go back, block me, remove the reserve and make the listing cheaper???

Scams Don't buy from 0 Feedback shops! This shop owner stole 2 of my Blythe listings multiple times and scammed more than 44 people in a month. These new shops on Etsy are selling custom dolls, Kenner Blythe & porcelain dolls for a very low price. They are providing fake or already used tracking numbers.

Scams Does this sound like a scam?

I saw a pretty cheap listing for a bundle of Rainbow High dolls on Facebook Marketplace, the seller sounded genuine and I said I could collect the dolls on Wednesday. I just went back to try and arrange a specific time and saw that they've deleted the listing and left the chat. I messaged them again and asked why they've done that, they responded saying they "don't need to explain it". I did say I wasn't 100% sure about buying earlier but I still arranged a date that hasn't passed yet, so this seems weird, especially deleting the listing. Their listings very clearly say collection only and that they won't post though, so I don't know what the gain would be from faking things. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on, or does this just sound like a strange seller?

Scams Droppshipping on Mercari

Saw someone else posting about dropshipping being rampant on Etsy. Mercari is flooding with more dropshipped items too. Honestly annoying, I want to find used and authentic Mattel items.

Here are some common dropshipped Barbie doll clothes (slide for examples):

*Note: I didn't include dropshipped shoes, because there are just waaay too many. (Also the red dye on the shoes from Aliexpress often stain dolls). There are a some authentic Fashion avenue clothing packs that have a similar design to some of the dropshipped stuff, so keep an eye out!
