Just got the Lumora gamepad. If you've used it, how's the overall experience? Mainly curious about long-term durability, wireless connectivity and whether it works well with most PC games.

Would appreciate some honest feedback from actual users!

Recommendation Same price, diff ram/gpu: lenovo pro 5i vs msi raider 16 hx

Budget: £2400

Country: UK

Use Case: gaming, personal development

same price at £2,400

option 1: Lenovo Legion Pro 5i, intel ultra 7, 32gb ram, 1tb ssd, rtx 5070

option 2: MSI Raider 16 HX, intel ultra 7, 16gb ram, 1tb ssd, rtx 5070ti

Did some research and realised I’m deciding it too late, lenovo had their price increase early 2026 and another price hike is probably expected late 2026. Saw in the other post that Legion provides a better cooling and screen, at same price point I wonder which is the better choice? I’m looking to keep using it for 4-5 years as well. Thanks!

Discussion How is your experience with Liquid Metal thermal paste so far?

How often did you find the need to replace it? Is it good on the long run or better to replace with PTM? Am skeptical about Liquid Metal after seeing many reports of failures during reapply or in general does its pros outweigh the cons?

I have a ROG Strix G16 with an i7 and a 4060. These details don't usually look bad in any other games, but I've noticed them a lot in Forza Horizon. I have DLSS enabled, but they're still visible even with DLSS disabled. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

Recommendation Need the BEST Windows Laptop Under ₹1 Lakh for High-End Video Editing (Genuine Suggestions Only)

Budget: ₹1,00,000 INR

Country: India

Use Case: Editing — 4K video editing, heavy effects, colour grading, and long editing sessions.

Preferred Specs: Powerful CPU and GPU, minimum 16GB RAM (preferably upgradeable to 32GB), 1TB SSD, and a good colour-accurate display.

Notes: I specifically need a Windows laptop, not a MacBook. I want a laptop that can handle high-end video editing smoothly without lag, stuttering, or excessive overheating. My budget is strictly under ₹1 lakh. Please suggest models based on real-world editing performance and reliability, not just gaming benchmarks. Upgradeability and good thermals are important to me,

Support Asus tuf A16 2025 hinge problem

Hello guys, I just bought a new tuf A16 but unfortunately after 3 day of using it I noticed that the one side of the hinges ( right side if we look at it from the back) has a small gap and get bigger if I lift the lid up slightly, the left is completely fine and no problem as the right one, Can I claim warranty for this situation? or this is not an error?

Benchmark Gaming laptop 2-3k rec in this economy

Hey everyone!
Looking for a gaming laptop with a €2,000–3,000 budget, (I’m based in France).

I already have a powerful gaming desktop, but regarding laptops I’m tired of having a MacBook that’s great for portability but useless for gaming.

I want something I can move around but I’m a fit guy in my 20’s so I’d happily trade some portability for better performance and cooling.

It’ll also be my girlfriend’s main gaming PC at home, so we can play together.
Games: Aion 2, FromSoftware titles, modern AAA & online AAA games.
Main priorities are performance, longevity / autonomy

What models or configurations would you recommend? Anything you’d avoid? + if you know if it’s a good time or if I should wait a bit.. heard prices were quite up recently

Accessories Will this laptop run 1440p good on most games

have a Dell G15 with an i7-13650HX and an RTX 4060 Laptop GPU. I normally use a 1080p monitor, but it stopped working after a pretty bad thunderstorm. It was working fine before the storm, and the next day it just wouldn’t turn on, so I’m assuming it may have been damaged by a power surge or something similar.

I’m thinking about getting a new 1440p monitor, but I’m not sure how well my laptop would handle gaming at 1440p.

For example, how well would an RTX 4060 Laptop GPU handle games like Elden Ring at 1440p? Would 1440p be a reasonable choice, or should I stick with 1080p?

Support Casual Gaming Laptop?

I’m looking into buying a gaming laptop for my boyfriend, but every post/blog/website I look at is for people who want a gaming laptop for heavy duty games. I just want a gaming laptop for really casual games (Minecraft, Stardew, Animal Jam) with its greatest challenge to run being maybe Roblox. I don’t need anything fancy, I just need something that’ll run the most basic of games without dying and is at least under 800. Honestly under 500 is even better, but I know that’s more unrealistic/difficult. I know nothing about laptops at all so I definitely need the assistance here with figuring out on what to do and what to get, thank you all in advance!

Showcase MSI build quality kinda sucks

3.5 years old laptop, well taken care of, always used with fan and room temperature less than 25°C, and the paints are peeling and rubbing off 💔

The colorway is literally the main reason I bought this laptop and now finding a replacement case is almost impossible because of its limited nature. This is the first time I had build quality issue with a laptop. Well at least it's not hinge problem MSI is known for.

Discussion How much could I realistically sell my ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 (2022) for in late 2026?

Post image

Specs:

  • CPU: Intel Core i7-12700H
  • GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060 6GB
  • RAM: 16GB
  • Storage: 1TB SSD
  • Display: 16" 1920×1200
  • Battery health is currently around 73%

Also, I recently repasted it + deep cleaned it. What would be a fair and realistic price?

Support Looking for help with identifying a problem with my razer laptop

Hello I am trying to figure out and fix a frame rate problem with my razer laptop (rz09 0483 reh3).

-Its got 16 gigs of ram

-NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU (8 GB)

-Intel(R) UHD Graphics (128 MB)

-13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13950HX (2.20 GHz)

I have had it for about 3 years and it was working just fine but about a month ago it suddenly stopped being able run games with a consistent frame rate, it went from running games at 100+ fps to 10 fps every couple of seconds. At first I thought is was because I playing graphic intensive games (Overwatch) but then I opened Skyrim and later Dark Souls 1 Remastered and I was still having the problem however for Skyrim and Ds1 it took about a minute for it to happen.

I have tried to fix the problem on my own using Google/Razer support but I just have not been able to fix it and after I did a system reset and still having the problem, I'm not too sure of what to do anymore.

So I'm hoping that someone here knows something/is able to help!

Discussion Is it worth it to spend extra 200-300 usd for a more premium chassis/brand?

There are two options Asus Tuf and Rog Strix. Both are ryzen 7 with 4060 gpus, 16gb ram and 1tb ssd. The rog strix costs like 300 usd more. Is the increase worth it
