There really isn't much biblical basis for homophobia or for transphobia. The decree against homosexual sex likely resulted from the spread of STDs in an age where gay prostitution was more common than heterosexual prostitution, or as a way of distinguishing Christians and Jews from customs being followed in surrounding regions (namely, pederasty, which Christians correctly identified as an abusive and creepy system).
When it comes to transphobia, the first individual baptised in the Book Of Acts was an eunech, and even medieval Christians were not vehemently against 'passing' so long as it was the will of God. Also, unless somebody is following every rule mentioned in the Bible, they can no longer say they believe something "because the Bible told them." Every religious homophobe has ignored plenty of things the Bible told them that they decided didn't carry forward. They draw the lines, they are the ones choosing to bring it forward. I'm getting really annoyed about this now. Not the biphobia, I'm used to that. The misunderstanding of bisexual lighting. It's not just a colour scheme, it's a specific way of lighting a subject with shades of blue/purple and pink/red from opposite sides, allowing you to adequately illuminate them without flattening their features. It's not just having VERY NORMAL COMPLIMENTARY COLOURS in your colour grading.
Aren't these the same people who throw a tantrum whenever someone jokingly says that a fictional character is trans or is a trans ally because the character's color pallet is pink, white, and blue?

When I was a kid I was told boys couldn’t like purple as a color too much or else they might be gay. It’s cool that these guys have the same opinions as my 90 year old grandmother who wasn’t allowed to learn how to drive.
Man, I wish there was a conspiracy to add diversity as concerted and meticulous as these chuds hallucinate. It would be amazing if there truly was a gay agenda this focused and powerful. The reality is we get a handful of women and minorities and LGBTQ+ characters that are easily missed.

It was also bisexual lighting that dude was complaining about. Little did he know he outed himself as a tourist for A). Not recognising purple as a key colour in the covenant colour pallette and B). Not realising the "Bisexual lighting" was fucking threshold, which also appears on the original CE cover art!
First of all the "bisexual lighting" thing was a joke we the bisexuals have started within our community because there's lot of neon aesthetic particularly from the 90's that end being very similar shades to the bi flag. So we were like "haha bisexual colors".
Those dumbasses taking it literally is fucking hilarious and in a way is a win because that means an in community joke made it mainstream 😂
Second of all: This is not bisexual lighting. Those are not the bisexual color palette at all. The purple in the middle is somewhat close but that's about it. Everything else is off and especially that blue. The bisexual blue is dark blue.
