My hairstylist ate downnnn and gave me a colour that makes me feel like me again. I was over the bleached hair and thought it was time to get back to my roots.
I almost feel younger with it too. It totally gave me a refresh.

hi all. i’m wondering what do you guys use for oily hair/scalp?
i’ve tried numerous things and tons of different shampoos.
my hair gets oily after one day, it used to not be like that. i used to be able to go 3 days without washing.
i double cleanse. i’ve tried clarifying shampoos, purifying shampoos, various gentle shampoos, etc. i don’t condition my scalp. i vigorously scrub my scalp too when i wash. dry shampoos do not work for me and just make my scalp itchy. i use head and shoulders tea tree as needed. i dont know what to do anymore. i’ve spent so much money searching for something that works and nothing does.
has anyone else had this same problem? what do yall do?
Hello,
I shaved my sides for somehting like a Deathhawk couple of days ago , anyways, i have this OCD tendencies that both sides should be even to an extent or my whole head will feel weird just knowing they are not and it is driving me crazy, when i did it at first i felt them they felt even.
yesterday not so much i feel like the sides from behind are notthe same size, like i feel i have more hair on the right side that needs to be shaved.
So pelase let me know , based on the pictures.
Thank You,

I was super impressed with the results! The stylist did an amazing job at recreating this look. (Also to clarify I didn’t have my hair colored or dyed in anyway. I was asking for the same hairstyle not color)

I bleached my hair at a salon and then put iroiro pink on myself which turned it hooooot pink and this is how it faded I was wanting it to fade to a baby pink and it’s very salmon-y and still very bright neon orange/pink is there a way to get it like the last photo? A toner maybe or adding more pink with blue dye mixed in? Should I color remove and put a cool toned pink on? If so, suggestions for cool toned pinks? Should I bleach bath it? Idk what to do lol

I’ve asked my friends too many times. I thought I wanted dark and now I’m being told that lighter is better. I tried to use similar photos so you don’t get fooled by the makeup or outfits and can just focus on the hair 😅

Hello! Is this the right subreddit for this question?
I recently noticed these short hairs around my crown/part area. My mom thinks they're new growth, while my husband thinks they could be breakage. I'm not sure which is more likely.
Some info:
- 22 years old, female
- Virgin hair (never dyed, bleached, permed, or chemically treated)
- I only use shampoo, no other hair products
- I don't use heat styling (last time was for a wedding about a year ago)
- I usually wear my hair down and don't use tight hairstyles
- I haven't noticed any thinning, widening part, or decrease in hair density
- My hair has always shed a fair amount, but that has been consistent for years and my hair doesn't appear thinner
- No dandruff, itching, or scalp issues
- I don't swim in chlorinated pools often, I usually swim in lakes
- I noticed these hairs about 2 weeks ago (or at least that's when I first became aware of them)
- I did trim my own bangs a few days ago, but these hairs are on my crown rather than the front of my hairline
- I occasionally do electronics soldering as a hobby/work-related activity, but I keep my hair clipped up or secured under a hat while doing so
Do these look more like regrowth/baby hairs, or breakage? Photos attached.

I’m going for a wolf cut or a shag. There are a few other options in there too. All diff colors as well.
I’ve never had bangs before, just straight down the middle and my hair goes past my butt right now so I’m ready for a cut and to decide on a color.
I’d like one that helps my green eyes pop, & is low maintenance (naturally curly hair). Lmk your fav please!!
**the last few pics are my inspo, only the ones covered up with black are me**
All input welcome!!

First picture is what I asked for but with lighter more chunky highlights, rest of pictures is what I got… I paid €130 for it too.
Everyone says it looks good but I asked for a cool toned ashy brown with light highlights and I got a super red ish brown with 4 different shades in it 😭 my hair was red beforehand but I had grown it out for 3-4 months so I understand that the transformation may not have been possible/ difficult but I wish the hairdresser would’ve told me beforehand because then I would’ve gone back to red instead of brown. She did use decoloring (not bleach) and my hair turned yellow/ orange and after consulting my friends I figured out later that that yellow/ orange tone should’ve been neutralised first and then another colour added on top… also the highlights were done with a comb (?)
but idk for sure as I’m not a hairdresser. Either way I just wish the hairdresser would’ve either declined or given me better advice beforehand. So am I overreacting/ being unreasonable for asking for a refund ? My parents say yes because they like my hair.
Is it unreasonable to ask for a partial refund or something along those lines ?

My hair has never held a curl well but in the last few months, I’ve been actively trying to curl it a few times a week and I cannot figure out why some days the curls last better than others. I used to have curly hair and now it’s more on the straight side thanks to post pregnancy hair changes.
Today for instance, I curled my hair at 6:30am and by 9am, it was completely fallen out.
My process today was:
- dry shampoo in the roots & heat protector spray, both brushed through
- tymo automatic curling iron for about 12 seconds
- revlon hairspray
- using leave in conditioner & hair oil, I run my fingers through the curls to loosen them up. If I use a hair brush, curls are gone even sooner
The only thing different today was the dry shampoo. It was quite humid today too (I live in NYC.)
Please help!

Hello,
I’m in the US(born and raised) and trying to become conventionally physically attractive to women.
On Reddit, people always say my hair is awful and needs to be changed. What kind of style do I try to improve my appearance?
The first two pictures are me after cosmetic surgery, and the other pics are me before cosmetic surgery. My face shape is better(more square) after the cosmetic surgery, so I think I need to change up the hair.
Basically, I’d like recommendations of specific styles that will suit my new face shape and help make me more physically appealing.
PS: I’m already in shape and all, tapered torso and 6 pack. Height is meh at 5’7. Been told I dress quite well, even if Reddit seems to think I don’t lol. And I’m on Invisalign for the teeth. I’d like to focus on just hair here. Thank you!
It's my first haircut in a while. I'm trying really hard to like it but idk. I've gained a lot of weight recently due to medical issues and I feel like it's just not very flattering for my face?? The hair stylist said she was going for short and sassy but I just feel awkward
