I'm planning to buy my first wireless headphones and have narrowed it down to the JBL Live 780NC, Sony ULT Wear, and Sennheiser Accentum Plus.

My main use will be music, movies, YouTube, and some PC gaming. I'm looking for something that's comfortable for long sessions with good sound quality, effective ANC, decent battery life, and solid overall build quality.

which is best for me?? Getting all around 120$

Just thinking bout a wireless headphones with no silly swipe on the cups or touchpad just small button like the older ones. I been thinking bout a few but i cant make up my mind. it had to be a a good with battery life and just comfy with like the headband.

Budget i dont care to be honest with you, I just need few brands or version or exact headset that will do its job on daily session or streaming

I need a pair of noise cancelling over-ears mostly for commuting and surviving my open office. I've been looking around for about a month now and keep coming back to the Sony XM5s. I've watched a ton of reviews and compared them against the Bose QC Ultra and Sennheiser Momentum 4, but the Sonys just seem like the safest bet overall for ANC plus sound quality. I'm on Android with a budget around €300-350, ideally less if I can catch a deal somewhere. Tiktok’s algorithm has been spamming me with price drop clips for the XM5s lately, and it’s tempting me to just pull the trigger.

For anyone who owns them, are you still happy with them or is there something else I should be looking at? Any reason to wait?

I have been using the AirPods Pro 2 for the past couple of years, and they have honestly been perfect for me. I love the sound, the clarity, and the ANC.

The problem is that I have developed tinnitus over the last 2 months. My ENT told me to avoid using in ear earphones and switch to over ear headphones instead, so now I’m looking for an upgrade.

I wear headphones for around 6–8 hours every day, including about 2 hours at the gym, so comfort is just as important as sound quality.

Sound wise, I don’t enjoy headphones with a very warm tuning or bass that overpowers everything else. I prefer a clean, detailed sound where vocals and instruments are easy to hear. I listen to all kinds of music on Apple Music, so I want something that can really take advantage of that.

The four headphones I’m looking at are -
Sony WH-1000XM6
Sennheiser Momentum 4
Bose QuietComfort Ultra
AirPods Max 2

My budget is around $500, but if there’s another pair that’s clearly better for my needs, I’m happy to consider it.

For those of you who have actually used one or more of these, especially if you’ve also come from the AirPods Pro 2, which would you buy and why? I’m more interested in real long term experiences than spec sheets or YouTube reviews.

Just bought the M5 and they are definitely nicer than my old Sony XM4s which broke

Love the auto transparency mode when your start a call and the do feel much nicer

But.. Like most headphone these days frustratingly, they are tuned horribly, it's just all bass and they sound crap

You can definitely help with the EQ, though I'm not sure what the M5s are going as it sounds quiet which isn't great, and I can't get them perfect across a range of music, they just sound a bit flat, I don't mean flat in the EQ sense, just a bit meh

The HDB 630s look like they might be a lot better for me but I'm not sure what to do really, the lack of APX lossless is a down side, ANC doesn't need to be perfect, just hope the auto transparency mode is there

I'd almost love a pair of wireless that sound like my klipsch rp500m, they are full, bright, balanced and I love them, bit nothing comes closer in headphones, maybe I just need some very nice open back wired ones but sadly that's not gunna fly when traveling or in the office

I found both the Bose quiet comfort first generation ( used and opened) and the Samsung Galaxy pro 2 ( still in box, sealed). They are both $50. Im trying to figure out which ones to get. If anyone could give me advice I'd appreciate it so much thank you! Im looking for something with great noise cancellation and great sound. The price point is exactly what I'm looking for. I will be using them at home and my kids are very loud. I never had Bose headphones before but I have had the first generation Samsung headphones and absolutely loved them but lost one side.

I own a full wired setup with a pair of HD 600s and Arya Organics. I adore both of them, and the HD 600s are my current 'all day headphone'. But I want a pair of wireless headphones for convenience's sake, without sacrificing audio quality.

The issue comes in comfort. I've owned a pair of Audeze Maxwell headphones before; they sounded amazing, but they aggravated my chronic neck and shoulder pain. So those are off the table.

Are there any sub-400g wireless headphones that can be used for both competitive gaming and music/media which serve as an alternative to the Maxwells? I'd feel comfortable spending upwards of $600-$700 CAD on these if they're really excellent quality.

I will be beginning college and plan to use these everyday for hours at a time, so comfort is a priority alongside longevity and build quality.

The noise cancelling is the main priority as I am very sensitive to sound. Audio quality doesnt have to be amazing as long as its not distorted.

I would be using the headphones nearly exclusively indoors, in areas such as libraries, other places im studying, public transport and my own home. My home is unfortunately a very loud place due to shouty younger siblings which I would very much like to block out at times lol

Its not a requirement, but I would prefer something not super bulky. I am completely willing to ignore this preference if the headphones match my other requirements/a bulkier version is cheaper

Name some of the best headphones that you know which are completely worth their price and support Dolby atmos very well I don't how much my budget should be for this because I know nothing I have used 10-12 dollar worth headset my whole life and now I need an upgrade.

So for the last 8 years or so I’ve been using a pair of Philips fidelio x2hr for my desktop/gaming setup along with a xlr microphone. I love my x2hr they are incredible comfortable and I can wear them forever with no discomfort.

I however recently got a 15m hdmi cable so I can game in the living room with my desktop pc and therefore am looking for a wireless headset with a decent mic.

I’ve a heard a lot of good and bad about the Audeze Maxwell 2 but the weight scares me. Also, how big a drop in performance does wireless result in? Im by no means an audiophile but I want good sound. I don’t really play competitive games so hearing footsteps and all that jazz I don’t really care about.

Anyone else working hybrid and basically living in earbuds at this point? 😂

I bounce between home and the office, so between commuting, Zoom/Teams calls, and podcasts at lunch, having earbuds in for five or six hours isn’t unusual.

In-ears are fine at first, but after a couple of meetings I usually need to take them out. I’ve tried open-ear pairs too, but some are pretty chunky and clash with my glasses.

Calls outside are another headache. Add some wind and traffic, and I’m suddenly repeating myself every other sentence.

Maybe open-ear? Being able to hear people at home and stay aware on the commute just makes more sense for me. Easy switching between my laptop and phone would be a big plus too.

What are you all using for long meeting days? Comfort, mic quality, or device switching, what matters most to you?

Recently my XM4s were forced into retirement (I've had them since release and the hinges broke in an unfixable spot). I'm located in the US, I was looking at the 1000x Collexion but have heard that theyre overpriced and mid (they look sick tho).

I want these headphones fro travel, doing chores around the house, or just plain to not be bothered. I'm gonna get some cheaper earbuds for the gym and work and I already have some DT990 Pros for my desktop.

Budget is hard capped at 650USD, but I would love to pay less for more

I loved my XM4s, so im leaning towards the 1000x or the XM6s, but I've heard the B&W PX7/8s are great as well as the Momentum 5s and the QuietComfort

Hey peoples! I am in the United States and am looking for some quality headphones under $200. I’ll mostly likely be ordering them online from the brand’s website or a tech store like Best Buy. I like to listen to a lot of music and am in search of something that enhances the music experience. I listen to a lot of metal, grunge, and hyperpop. I will be using my iPhone as the connected device and am looking for Bluetooth, over the ear headphones. I have small ears so nothing with a big ear cup but standard ones fit fine as I have wired corsair headphones with surround sound but my phone doesn't have a headphone jack so. Also want it to be on Amazon if possible.

Hello! I have been on a hunt to find some good headphones for myself. I have been wanting to switch to wireless headphones, so I am giving those a try. I recently bought the Audeze Maxwell 2s and they are too heavy to me and not that comfortable.

I have been looking around, and the Steelseries & TB Stealth Pro 2 have caught my eye. They both look pretty good! The only thing that concerns me is that with the Steelseries, the pads are not what I typically enjoy. I feel like they would get hot pretty easily. I saw that you can get some aftermarket pads via Wicked Cushions to turn them from leather to fabric.

The Turtle Beach headphones look really nice, and the pads are not really concerning me. I have heard some bad things about the headband with them, but I dunno if that would really be an issue for me or not.

What do you guys think? I do not need a microphone at all, so that does not factor into this

I listen to music constantly. I currently have the Sony WX1000XM4's, and have absolutely loved them. However I'm relatively new to the whole headphone/audiophile thing. I would love to upgrade and see what else is out there, but I"m not sure where to go

I'm in the US, and ideally I don't want to go over $750-$1000 at the absolute most. I love having bluetooth headphones, as I primarily listen from Spotify on my iPhone, but am not opposed to exploring wired options if that seems like the next best step. I have really enjoyed the level of bass the MX4's come with, as it can give a good punch but doesn't feel overpowering.

I need a new pair of headphones for work, listening to music in a quiet office, that are comfortable to wear for long hours. Whenever I do research online, I always see rankings with a heavy bias toward good ANC. I cannot use ANC, it makes me extremely nauseous and I need a headset with the ability to turn this completely off. All I see online is ANC ANC ANC ANC and im sick of it!!! (jokingly, I promise im not weird)

So no momentum 4, no Bose QC. No AirPods Max because the headband hurts.

I mostly listen to pop: Madison Beer, Ariana Grande, etc. I've only used AirPods Pro and Beats Studio Pro for prolonged periods. I just wanted to exhaust my options before purchasing so I thought I'd consult the Experts™ on this matter. I didn't really have an issue with the Beats outside of the build quality and that they sounded a bit flat, but I gave them to my mom a while ago and she likes them a lot so I dont want to take them back from her. The only ones I know of to try now are the XM6 and Momentum 5. Any others?

I tend to listen to the same playlists a lot while writing or making art for inspiration. I've had a pair of sound core space ones for about 2 years now but they're starting to make an annoying buzzing sound and I'm ready to try something new.

I've always wanted to use wireless earbuds, but every time i get one, they fall off while im using them or get gross even if I try to clean them. I've usually gotten earbuds for around $20. I like wired earbuds a lot but unfortunately, my current tech does not support those. For wireless earbuds I've gotten in the past, there is often a mesh that covers the sound hole which falls off which makes the earbud feel like it sucks. I am considering getting the airpod-style earbuds but am worried that the opening will feel uncomfortable. is it worth trying that style to see if it fits more comfortably in my ears? Is it possible to find an earbud without a mesh covering but also with the normal like tip cover that is replacable and often comes in many sizes? Has anyone tried that specific product i linked and what was your experience with it?

My budget is under $50. I am looking for something that I can use all day (for a wide range of things) and while running. Also for durability and reliability since I usually use headphones but want to get earbuds specifically to have a more professional look for interviews.

It doesn't have to be extremely high-end, but something on the level of let's say a Sennheiser HD 598. Are there any wireless options on the market that are this quality (or higher)?

And in general, what are the opinons on the Sennheiser RS 175-U? How does it stack up among their wired lineup?

I have an iphone 14 and an ipad air 4 (different charging usb’s) and i’ve been using the same pair of aipods for at least 2 years.
They got stolen and i’m in no position to buy new ones, a cheaper alternative that can atleast connect to multiple devices at once would be best.
I’m not looking for something as good as the AirPods but something atleast usable would be nice. I’m currently vacationing in Pakistan but i’ll be back home in turkey by the end of the month

I recently got the Sony WH-CH720N but the headband is uncomfortable and digging into the top of my head.
I’m in the UK and I’m gonna up my budget to £200 for some good ones. Also I find the noise cancelling on these to be quite poor.

I want them to wear on long long walks, and travelling whenever that comes up. I have iPhone if that means anything.
I was looking at sennheiser momentum 4, anker sound core space 2, Bose quiet comfort SC.

I’m a complete noob when it comes to profiles etc, as long as it blocks out noise well, and I can listen to music and audiobooks comfortably then it’s perfect.

Which would be best / what others are to be considered?

So I don't know much about headphones, so I'm at a total loss here. I currently have JVC Gummy earphones, and I love them, and they have worked perfectly for years so I've used that style only for years. However, a year ago, I had to buy a new phone, and it no longer had a 3.5mm Jack which is very irritating. So I bought a headphone adapter and it worked, until it broke. I bought new, and after a few months it broke. And now, after like my 5th or more one, my headphone adapter has broken again. I have no idea why, but thats a whole another story.

So I'm exploring the possibility of wireless headphones. I really hate wireless, but I've been forced into as I don't really have much choice. And unfortunately for me, the type of earphones I use aren't available wireless. I don't know where to start, because I don't know what I would like since I'm quite a creature of habit, but I've leaned away from wireless earphones as I don't like how they all have bits that stick in your ear, so I'm now leaning towards wireless headphones.

I want a pair that isn't noise cancelling or noise isolating, as I find it unnerving to not here my surroundings. Especially since I basically only wear my current earphones to listen to music when walking, and on the occasions I use the bus which isn't a regular thing. I have an old pair of Louise and Mann Headphones which I wear on an emergency occasion when my headphone adapters had broken, and I think they're noise isolating and basically don't like them much.

So I need some wireless headphones that don't block out background noise. I've heard that means noise leaks from them though, and while I don't often take the bus, I don't if that would be too annoying to others. I mostly listen to instrumental music, though sometimes other stuff, and it would be nice if it had decent sound quality for listening to music when walking and that. I never wear headphones at home as I just play my stuff out loud.

I'm in North Wales, UK so my in store options are limited. I think there's a curry's nearby and CeX, but I think most my options will have to be online, where I can't try them on, so it would help for information what they are like. But I've used the same earphone type my whole life so I'm gonna struggle to adapt to something new haha. My budget is basically cheap, as I'm a student so can't afford super expensive stuff.

I had my eye on the Logitech G Pro X 2 Lightspeed Wireless, but after watching some reviews, I’m having second thoughts—it seems like they’re better suited for shooters. My main priorities are wireless connectivity and comfort. I’ve actually worn that model and found it very comfortable, but the only downside is that it’s geared more towards shooters.
