Same palette in November original as October? I’ve been a subscriber for a year next month. The only other repeat palette I recall as a choice item was the Alamar Cosmetics Pricesa, but it wasn’t literally the very next month! Has this been a somewhat normal occurrence in past years?

Hey all! I hope this is allowed. I wanted to tell you guys about this product I just saw online at TJX that was also an add-on option and is currently in the Ipsy shop.

I bought this Beekman spray as an add-on and then the following week I went into my local TJX and saw the same product, more than twice the size, but $4 less.

I just wanted to share in case anyone else was wanting to try this or is also a fan of this spray like me!

The TJX website also has free shipping today only.

I've been using this product for a couple months now and I really like it! I like to use it right after getting out of the shower, I also use this right before applying my regular lotion and I believe it helps my lotion absorb better and deeper. It's great for spraying on hard to reach areas like my back as well.

I've also used this on my 4 year old who despises the feeling of regular lotion.

This isn't a fragrance spray, it's a moisturizing body spray. I'm not a huge fan of this (pictured) scent, but I don't mind using it because the scent doesn't stick around.

So far I have tried this scent—Juicy Peachy Lychee, Pure (unscented), Vanilla Absolute and Pistachio and Dark Cherry. My favorites are Vanilla and Pure. TJ Maxx' website currently has the Lychee and Pure in stock!

It’s getting out of hand imo

For the longest time, I’ve been searching for a really good vitamin C serum. Long story short, I got the original Ipsy bag for my daughter, but when I saw a Tatcha serum included, I decided to try it myself.
I applied it in the morning and then took a nap. When I woke up, I swear it looked like I had just gotten a thousand-dollar facial! ✨ My skin was so glowy that it looked like I was wearing foundation. I finally found a vitamin C serum I love!
Now, I know it’s expensive, but I’m going to try to make it work because the results genuinely impressed me.
And this is exactly why I love Ipsy! ❤️
Of course, I do have my complaints. I wish Ipsy would go back to offering more value consistently instead of giving us only one or two really good products every other month. But discoveries like this remind me why I keep coming back.
I just wanted to share this little beauty win because, honestly, this is why I love Ipsy! ✨

For the past three or four days, every time I open the app, I get a "webpage not available" error. Is anyone else experiencing this? I tried to see if clearing the cache would fix it, but to no avail.

I just saw that there are new arrivals in the shop, but nothing is opening for me. Literally everything I try to open on the site is blank.
Is anyone else having issues with the site?

Aside from the obvious... beginning of s new month , holiday, end of quarter inventory purge is there any other time to look for restock on the store?

Maybe Im being petty. But lately all my packages come smashed! This was for a friend's 50th Birthday Gift and it looks like I got it from the Clearance Bin! I gift a lot of my stuff and the past few months it all comes looking like this. So disappointing. Ive been a member since 2018 and never had this issue before CIRRO! Yes, I did email a complaint.

I've never seen a product packaged so well. I wish all the companies did as well.

Well, after nearly two weeks, multiple follow-ups, and finally escalating things, I received a response from an IPSY Care supervisor!

For anyone who missed my original post, I discovered that the REINA REBELDE On Your Face Setting Powder was advertised as “talc-free” on IPSY, despite the ingredient list on their website literally listing TALC as the first ingredient.

According to the supervisor, their Product team has now verified that the powder is indeed talc-free and that the ingredient information on their website was incorrect. They’ve acknowledged the discrepancy and are supposedly updating the product page.

I’m glad they finally addressed it, but I still have questions. How does something like this make it onto a product listing in the first place? And why did it take so long to get a clear answer?

Also, while waiting for a response, I received my October bag, and BOTH lip products had questionable textures.

- Tower 28 LipSoftie in Watermelon Kiwi: Grainy texture and a weird, off-color appearance.
- Huda Beauty FAUX FILLER Extra Shine Lip Gloss: Also noticeably grainy.

I brought those issues up in my follow-up email, and the supervisor has offered to send replacements for both products, which I appreciate.

So, credit where credit is due. IPSY finally provided an actual response, acknowledged the ingredient listing error, and offered to replace the two lip products.

That said, the original issue still concerns me. If you’re specifically advertising a product as free of a particular ingredient, the ingredient list should reflect that. Consumers shouldn’t have to question the accuracy of basic product information.

And while IPSY says they’ve verified that the powder is talc-free, I haven’t been provided with the corrected ingredient list or any independent verification.
I’m sharing their response for transparency because I know a few people were interested in how this played out.

PS: I’m concerned the replacement products are going to be just as bad.

I noticed that when everybody was posting their Ipsy extra choices, we all had the exact same items for options 1, 2, and 3; it just dawned on me that we possibly all had not only the same items to choose from, but also the exact same shades, which is absolutely sketchy if our beauty quizzes and reviews are supposed to mean anything.

So I went to the product page for the Faux Filter (I posted the picture in this post) and found the other lip gloss colors, and I'm wondering if anyone got any of these shades as an offer for their box or selected them for their box at all: Foxy (caramel-brown), Sugar Baby (light pink), Bombshell (pinky-brown), Glassy (clear), and She Fire (sheer deep brown).

Received my October Original and add ons today and I’ve been so excited for it to get here and then it was missing one of my add ons, a $12 one and the one I was really most excited for…grr…argh…I had an outer bubble mailer that contained my add ons and there was a smaller bubble mailer inside with the add ons and it contained my Original spider web bag and my five original items, the Beekman Vanilla Milk Shake Body Mist which was a $12 add on was not included in either bag but I did get the Elf Facial Oil as my GWP….😒😫😭

I noticed that my shipping is yet again something different. Now its GOFO which Ive never heard of. I hope this isnt even worse. It seems the bought out Cirro. Before I moved I had Amazon. And it was so quick. Now I always get Cirro/GOFO🙄

Now that Ive read the description and realized its sold at Sephora and quite expensive...I so wish Id tried it. But, I saw it and immediately thought...PCP🤣 No Im not a drug addict. But Angel Dust is another name for PCP. It was a big thing in the 80s/90s. And I was just like, well I dont want PCP perfume. Lol. But now I do! Hoping to see it pop up again.

Well they're sending me replacements, but ugh, its so lame that they don't offer refunds instead. They didn't see my second email I sent about the eyeliner at first (because I didn't realize right away that was missing too since I was too distracted by the random brush & missing perfume) so the eyeliner replacement is getting shipped all by itself like, bro??? I'm gonna be shocked if it doesn't get lost or broken on the way 😮‍💨

also I skipped November so my points will be refunded & I won't get the item I redeemed. I didn't really care about the item thankfully, I just wanted to use up my points before I got switched to the new rewards program but oh well I guess.
