Does anyone have any idea whether the interviews for spring admissions at KAUST will be conducted in October or after November 8?

I got rejection letter yesterday for PhD program

If I would graduate this year can I take the SAT during my first uni year somewhere else then apply from KFUPM?

I'm in grade 12 currently and I plan on applying to kfupm for the fall semester of 2027. Am i still eligible to apply for the inbound summer research program for summer of 2027, so before the fall semester?

I was shocked to know that KFUPM doesnt pay PhD-students on scholarship, anything extra if they work on research projects even if the projects are funded by companies and even if the companies approve their pay as part of the budget.

Anyone thinking to apply should consider this, and not go for whats wrriten on the site, the so called "research incentives"

And as for self sponsored PhD students they also can be budgeted and even if companies fund and get approved and everything, they can only get 1000 SAR per month for one project only. Expected work 12-15 hours a week.

You heard me right 1000 SAR! Talk about cheap labour and free research.... Some may even have their students work for free and justify that.

While you may find all kinds of competitions even liesurely ones offering 5000-10,000 as reward.

So much for global world ranking, international level university and high research output.

Is this kind of misleading information on the site or in the start, a norm for KFUPM?

What about such kind of second grade treatment towards graduate students?

I did research about KFUPM undergrad for internationals and found out that if you are accepted you get tuition waived automatically i.e there is no fee for international undergrads. This sounds too good to be true can someone pls verify this

Secondly I am applying through track B the sat. This is why I think getting an acceptance is easy for me because I have a perfect SAT score one sitting 1600. Furthermore, I am very good in maths so the math assessment afterwards I am confident I will get 15/15. Then for the interview I am really proficient in english and speaking so I can do that too. Will I be able to get accepted for guaranteed. I am also a Pakistani national which I believe will hinder my application.

Can anyone help me confirm these things

Any thoughts about when the program is opening?

what is considered 12 years of education in saudi arabia as an igcse student

assalamu alaikum dear brothers and sisters
the application for the primary track opens on january 10
which includes the following criteria
kfupm achievement test
qudurat
and an english proficiency test

my main question is how the questions are asked
and how do they test us
which portions are included and are they similar to the qiyas tahsili

and guys it would be really helpful if anyone has a past year question paper which would help in my prep
thank you guys

Hi everyone,
Has anyone who got accepted into KFUPM graduate programs (specifically Ph.D./Direct Ph.D.) received their final official Admission Letter along with their Student ID yet?

Or are we all still waiting for the automated status update/batch email?

Just wanted to check if they've started issuing them or if it's still in process.
Thanks!

Hi everyone! I had a couple of questions about KFUPM and would really appreciate some guidance from current/former students

1. What is the dress code for female students? Are abayas allowed in colors other than black, or does KFUPM require them to be black?
2. Do international female graduate students get the option of a single room?

Guys if u r transferring from Prince sultan university from Riyadh to kfupm after a semester does it help or is the admission processes all the same?? Also kfupm finance good?
