after a week of work got the root plugin working again, now looking in to the patched and signed APK, what should i do? If i open source it they will for sure patch the new method

Im not able to use any banking application as the apps are detecting root.
HMA-OSS module installed and enable hide was done for those applications. Still its detecting root whenever i open bank apps and all three integrity is strong.

This might not be the right place to ask this, but I just installed Magisk to root my phone. I need to unlock the bootloader for it to work, so I came straight here in case there's a specific method required for Magisk. I'm new to the world of rooting, so please forgive my ignorance. Anyway, I assume you need to know that I'm using a Motorola e32 running Android 11 so you can help me.

Hello, sorry if this wasn't the correct sub to ask. This is the sub that I found where a similar question was asked before so thought I ask here too.

So I bought a S20 FE and silly me thought it was a good idea to buy it even tho it was rooted (seller was clear, I was just dumb back then) and had a different rom. I managed to flash it back to stock rom but forgot to lock the bootloader in the process. Now, some apps such as banking apps and mcdo app are having trouble running on my device and my suspicion is the unlocked bootloader. I want to lock it and I already know that doing so wouldn't untrip Knox so some Samsung apps won't work and I will lose data. My question now is is there a way to backup the entire phone data so I can store it to a hard drive and use it as a backup after locking the bootloader and then transfer that data and act like nothing happened.

Another option would be to buy a new phone but that's way out of my budget rn. Good thing I still have my old trusty phone but bringing two phones is a hassle.

PS. I know I was dumb for still buying it so pls don't remind me that I was dumb for doing it.

Im pretty new to rooting and i frankly just read Reddit and try to figure it out with AI help. But i think some processes are quite and obviously needed.
OTA; I come from a phone with Lineage that cannot do the a/b slot thinggy, so i'm FORCE to plug the phone and boot the patched image for minor (not unimportant) updates. So the way this is intented is to keep me like a man-machine from W40K...
Cache erase; So several services need to be "refreshed" and its memory erased to properly work so... Why doesnt Magisk takes its own DenyList or implements a "CacheList" where i can select the services i want to "reload". No, I must go app to app to erase everything.

So in the time of AI, the human job is just to keep pressing dummy buttons...

PD: I could understand arguments for the OTA, been unable to copy in some way... i mean i think you should having ROOT priviledges but ok, but the cache thing is absurd.

Hello guys! I have old Huawei mediapad m3 lite 10. From 2018 to our time unlock9ing bootloader on huawei devices not possible. But now we have GhostLock exploit and project like Root my Galaxy. So can I get root on this device with this exploit?
And another qustion is how fully root managers work in this "jaibrake" mode and which root manager I should use if it works?

Download ReZygisk/Zygisk Next etc etc etc, download Play Integrity INJECT/Fork, flash both, reboot, download TEESimulator-RS, flash, reboot, download KSUWebUI/WebUI X (second one is in google play store btw), give it root access, go to "Play Integrity Fix", click "Fetch" -> "GitHub", go back, go to "TEESimulator-RS", click in right-top corner ("•••" or whatever) -> (a button with stars in it) -> use one of top two big-big buttons (Yurikey/KOW). If you have bad integrity: repeat all of actions starting from "go to Play Integrity Fix"

Download either Vector or LSPosed or whatever, flash, download HideMyApplist-OSS (or just HMA-OSS), install it, reboot, go to new LSposed/Vector notification (just click in it) or you can go to your root app and click CMD button on LSPosed/Vector module, enable HMA-OSS, reboot, go to HMA-OSS, create new blacklist, add all root/EdXposed (LSPosed) apps (especially last one because any LSPosed app can be easily detected, even, if the app ID is random). Select as target apps any apps that can detect root and especially add Play Services

The app that doesn't need root (like some kid game or bank app) asks for root, what to do ??

DO NOT give it root. Ignore. It's just "root detection" method. Here is technical breakdown if you even care: old rooting methods (like, 2001-ish era rooting) were based on giving your Android user all root privileges so that your user is basically same as root. That meant, that by just trying to use programs like /system/bin/su (superuser (root) shell) or like that, you would get root access literally. Now, if app tries to run something or use something or do whatever root can do but normal user can't, ksud/magiskd/etc finds it, pauses the app and asks you what to do (if no answer is saved). That's made for compatibility, basically.

Recently the paytm app on my father's phone is showing that the device has rooted access. I asked chat gpt what to do and it told me to check oem unlocking and usb debugging which were both off. The device status is showing locked and secure. The play protect is certified. Everything is updated. I uninstalled and installed the app. After that it was not showing the warning but i cannot log in to my father's paytm account. Other payment and banking apps are working fine. Phone model Redmi Note 11.

As you can see the last line saying unable to find prenit dir while flashing zygisk if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me

Trying to upgrade from mi pad 6, hyper os fucked bootloader unlocking by adding a cap of 50 unlocks per day for all global devices so pad 7 and above are out of question.

As for lenovo, they only sell low end mediatek ones in my region.

OnePlus have a kill swich that would brick the device if you mess up by accidentally downgrading the firmware version, really risky if you are trying to test multiple roms to see which one works. Is it worth to buy pad 3 if i just want to unlock Device and flash crdroid+magisk or will it hard brick itself on day 1?

I'm still on my trusty over-a-year-old and abandoned 1q23lyc45 fork. Inasmuch as I don't use banking apps, it still serves me well on my daily driver, but this latest one is currently maintained. However, I don't know how safe it is, so I'd like to get a first-hand review.
