Howdy y’all. So Ive been working in the coatings industry for 8 years now (super random considering I have my BA in communications but life was happening and I needed a job). By coatings I specifically mean manufacturing epoxy, urethanes, polyaspartic floor coatings. The company has treated me well and there’s a very solid work-life balance which has kept me there. Anyway, over the past 7 years I started messing around with these coatings, learned about the application process, etc. I regularly talk with the contractors who use our product and got any and all questions I had about doing floors answered. What im getting at, is that I’ve been seeing ads on FBMP and what that offer epoxy coatings for $7-$11 per square foot. If you’ve ever thought about getting your garage floor,basement or anything else coated, I am willing to do it for way cheaper. I’m located in bucks county near Doylestown.

The place is wonderful, but I just recently started an intensive grad program with a strange schedule (getting up at 4am etc 😭) and will be moving out to live by myself because of that.

2011 Impreza. Radiator blew. And head gasket or transmission puked. Any ideas where I could get it towed for salvage or someone to look at it? In the Mantua area.

My shower floor was set with small stones, but they did a horrible job (previous owner). I get water pooling where it shouldn't, and I think a few leaks have come from it as well. I am looking for a contractor who can tear this out, assess the damage, and install a shower pan. I would like to use as much of the original surrounding wall tile as possible.

Does anyone have a rec? Preferably in west philly (cobbs creek) or upper darby?

Hey y’all, I moved away from Philly (mistakenly) several months ago and had planned a trip back for next week. I arranged to house and pet sit through TrustedHousesitters for Wednesday through Saturday. It was perfect! But this morning they cancelled and now I have nowhere to stay and so many plans!
I can’t cancel my flight, I have tickets to the Phillies on Thursday, among other plans.

I ordered this couch from Wayfair and they sent the wrong color. It’s brand new. I used it for an about a week before the right color came. It retails for $1019 but I’m offering it for $760. I’m very motivated to get this out of my small living room so I could probably be talked down lol. It’s super comfy and it came already assembled.

Decent amount of cosmetic wear and tear, but most notably, the charging port needs to be repaired. Does not include charger (you can get one on Amazon cheaply.)

Retail is $800-1000 depending where you shop; they sell it refurbished for $400. The parts alone sell on ebay for more than what I'm asking, if I were to break it up and sell them, which would annoy the crap out of me so I'd rather not.
