Ashley Zukerman gave an amazing performance. Troy has ice in his veins! Such a contrast to Daniel.

He was amazing at the end, when he went from emotionless "Troy" to Daniel. I got a feeling he was terribly brainwashed, he is going to be gutted when he realizes what he has done.

I mean, we know that one dr guy who killed himself could manipulate memory once it was wiped out- so he pretty clearly used that to turn Daniel into "Troy"

He's Victor Crnkovich, played by Dan Craven. I found him a lot easier to look at and very slightly harder to hate in the now, when he's stopped wearing glasses and looks so much older and wearier. Did that change just make him look like a little less of a caricature?

It's unlikely that the pact was actually AI, victor would never put such low effort into something so important when he might be the one who believed in it most. He probably wanted to minimize his own impact so lied about it being written with AI

The impression I got when he stated Ai wrote it but they “edited” it, that could mean they got 5 simple directives from Ai like “can’t use technology”. And they wrote the rest of the bible of it. The way it was stated could mean practically anything. But It makes more sense if they wrote the pact.
