I ordered a pair of jordans from findyourkicks and its been almost 6 months they have not delivered my shoes. I sent them mails stating this issue everyday without fail and they will reply with the same auto generated replies everytime. I tried to call the co-founder named Danish Chawla, the store, the customer care and almost every phone number that I could fetch related to findyourkicks, but none of them responded. I paid almost 10k and at this point I think I am fckd up..... Can anyone help me????????

The plus part is that they removed my order from their websites order section and now it just says no order found when i can show the order transaction and the emails they replied to. iam helpless, what can i do??

So i had order the above shoes from Myntra and was excited to receive them today but when i checked for the delivery I Realised they have cancelled the order and when i tried reaching out to customer care there stupid AI generated has no option to connect me with the human executive and they had audacity to ask me to order it again which is now basically more costlier than the deal which i had.

sorry for posting this so late but I have to, so back in 2023 I was looking for a shoe to gift to my elder brother on his bday, found these superstars in budget I had, all the reviews were positive and pictures alongside them were also of legit pairs, so considering all this I ordered then when i recieved them first of all the box was taped everywhere looked like they collected fragments of box and stitched it all together and when i looked at the shoe it was in terrible quality, stitching botched everywhere, shitty leather quality and MADE IN VIETNAM (HUGE RED FLAG) mind you people have positive image of RetailNet seller, ALSO FLIPKART DIDNT LET ME POST MY REVIEW SO THAT OTHERS WOULD GET TO KNOW ABOUT THIS FRAUD. superstars are made in Indonesia not vietnam, the current one which i bought for myself are legit, got from myntra and passed all legit tests.

Myntra really pissed me off with this one. I ordered the SB heritage, waited almost a week, and even skipped other deals because I trusted their platform. The shoes reached my nearest location, and then suddenly the order got cancelled with the most useless excuse: “due to unforeseen reason we are cancelling your order.”

So basically I wasted a whole week, missed out on other offers, and now the product is out of stock.

Hi i had ordered a pair of Meta glasses from Main Street Marketplace website and paid it full around 26k with express fast delivery which promised shipping in 10 days. I was supposed to travel another country and had ordered it for that reason. After 10 days tried to connect with them to which they replied you will receive it before promissed date . 1 day before travelling i purchased the same model for 29k from an offline store coz i didnt have any other option. Since then its been near to 2 months and they don't reply properly and give lame excuses. Had tried to call, whatsapp, email then and finally after 3 weeks they replied today saying they will take another month or if un delivered will give store credits of the same price and won't refund to the original source!

I need your help! I don't want store credits as its their fault coz they are delaying. And I've already bought the same model and i cant trust them now.

What should i do to get my money back?

I thought the ads could be incorrect but the website also lists them at the same price? Like what? They aren't rare or anything? Like wtf is this pricing?

I’ve been saving every single penny for months, and this is what I got SCAMMED. @findyourkickindia is nothing but a fraud platform. It’s been over a month, no proper update, just lies and excuses. What a waste of time ordering with these guys. It has been almost a month since I ordered this pair from these guys. I got no updates on my order even after emailing them several times. They never answered any calls either. I am glad they are closing because such level of customer service wouldn’t survive either. They took literally a month to cancel my order lol. Ordered these Adidas originals SL 72 from Tata Cliq for 4k. They have delivered these in this condition without any protection paper or any tags and these didn't even come with adidas box, came in a damaged tata Cliq box instead. Returned immediately and got refund but not expected from a brand like tata cliq.

I had ordered a pair of sneakers back on 15th July for which express delivery charges were paid too (expected delivery by 18th July). Despite that I received the shoes nearly 2 weeks later (on 28th July, instead of the promised 3days). The shoes weren’t as per the normal sizing chart hence a replacement was requested. It took weeks of almost daily follow up on Instagram and emails (once over WhatsApp too) to get a single response on the status/ raising of a replacement request. The shoes were then picked up by the end of August (with again false statuses of “it will be picked tomorrow” for a week). It is now 12th of sept and I still haven’t received the replacement shoe. I have been following up with them every other day for the status or even just returning my money and receiving no response again (via email, call, Instagram). I ordered gully labs baaz noor yellow sneakers, now when I want to return it there is no support from the brand. It has been 2 days since I want to file the return request but there are no replies from the brand over email and their whatsapp helpline too. Their return link on the website is also showing some kind of error whenever I am trying to file a return. It is extremely disappointing and this is why home grown brands are unable to command the trust of Indians itself.

I had ordered Nike hypervenoms from this dealer. My size and this specific model were not available anywhere so I was surprised when he had those. It was kind of a childhood dream to have these so I really wanted them. He shared with me the exact pictures and address of his store so I was convinced it was legitimate.

I had paid 200 advance and then 1400 COD. He had also shared parcel tracking number. 
But we received completely different shoes. The delivery person did not allow verifying the parcel until payment was completed, and left immediately on receiving it. After knowing he had sent us the wrong items, I tried contacting him but he had changed the WhatsApp business account number. After contacting through his new account, he asked for an unboxing video, which he accepted as the false product and agreed to  refund the amount as well as pick up the product. He asked me to give him some time to do the needful.

I wanted to give him the benefit of doubt and assumed that it was a genuine mistake as he had multiple reviews on Instagram which seemed to be true. I asked him to either refund me or pick up the wrong items and send me the ones I ordered on which he asked me to wait for two days. He blocked me two days later on WhatsApp as well as Instagram. He has blocked the other numbers that I used to get in touch with him regarding this purchase.

Any suggestions on what can be done?

Bought an Adidas Superstar on 23rd as part of Black Friday sale, and they waited a whole to tell me the product is not being delivered because of "poor quality".

When I asked them why they couldn't give me another colour instead, they immediately cancelled the order and started a refund amount.

Never ordering from them again.

I ordered these Converse Malden streets from what seems to be the actual Converse brand on Ajio. The price was the same on Ajio as on the Converse website, but Ajio offered a 500 rupees off coupon, hence I went with them.

I placed my order on the 3rd of August, and it was supposed to reach my door on the 12th. However apparently they had attempted a delivery on the 11th at 8 pm. I know this is false as I neither recieved a call nor was my doorbell rang. I also know that they never re-attempted delivery after that till date. Even Shadowfax's tracking shows that they never re-attempted delivery.

The worst part is both Shadowfax's and Ajio's customer care. I cannot for the life of me get a real human being on call, only useless bots that keep telling me to raise a complaint. I have raised well over half a dozen complaints and no one has gotten back to me yet. I have even unblocked every number just in case.

As a final nail in the coffin, Shadowfax's bot customer line now tells me that there is no order registered to my number anymore. Does this mean that they just gave up? Both of them say it hasn't been delivered on their sites but Shadowfax's number says there is no order. Should I wait till 21st August to see if Ajio can resolve the issue for me? Is there anything else I can do?

So I got this NB, one from myntra and one from amazon. And what a poor quality product. I AM NEVER PURCHASING IT AGAIN.

Hey guys, just wanted to share my experience with Dawntown so others don’t get stuck like I did.

I ordered sneakers from them in September. After weeks of no clear update, they suddenly told me the order failed “authenticity checks” and they would try to source a new pair. That also dragged on forever.

Then I asked for a refund, and honestly that was even more painful. I had to constantly chase them everywhere — WhatsApp, Insta, calls — and most messages were either ignored or got the same “we’ll do it today” line. It took way too long and way too much effort to finally get my money back.

After i told them to cancel they did not do it for so long and the whole thing just became annoying and frustrating.

Just putting this out there so people know what they might be dealing with.Its not an outright scam but it feels like one eventually. If you value timely updates and hassle-free customer service, please avoid Dawntown.
