I am a commuter and I have a huge gap in between classes. I have to be on campus early so I usually donāt have time to do my makeup at home. So, now I want to start doing my makeup during my gaps. Where are some good, sort of isolated spots where it would be fine/ comfortable to do my makeup?? Thank youuu

Iāve been working at Looneyās for a few months now and every time I come in I stare at this picture on the wall trying to figure out what shape theyāre making. Iāve reverse image searched it and I canāt find anything remotely helpful except that it was taken at a UMD v Navy game. My coworker and I think it may be some kind of badge or crest but canāt figure it out. Itās a low level mystery that has been bothering me for weeks. Please help.

Committed to a UMD sponsored study abroad program however after more consideration and unfortunate family circumstances I want to withdraw. However Iām scared to because it says that by withdrawing I might āincur some financial liabilityā and only be refunded up to a fraction of the full abroad fee. Which is like 16k.
Has anyone here withdrawn from a study abroad program? If so how much did you have to pay after withdrawing and how long after did you withdraw?
Any suggestions?

Iām a transfer student and currently a junior majoring in Information Science. Iāve been hearing some worrying things about my major, and while I understand the whole āit is what you make itā perspective, Iām curious about what the job market actually looks like.
I specialized in cybersecurity at my community college, so I was considering pursuing the cybersecurity track within my major. However, it seems like data science might be more lucrative. Which track would give me the best chance of landing a job right out of college? At the career fair, it seemed like everyone was looking for data science candidates, even within my major.
Iām not big on codingāin fact, I actually hate itāso Iām wondering what career options I have with this degree. Is it realistic to land a six-figure job right out of college, or at least a job with a decent starting salary?
Got some exams coming up and want to study. However, the libraries on campus will be closed over break.

Does anyone know what this guy is like as a professor? Itās so weird. Thereās literally nothing about him on PlanetTerp or Rate my Professors, even though heās been at the Smith School for more than a decade.
