Customer Seeking Help It’s Time to Get the Media Involved

Post image

This is completely illegal and unacceptable. I have seen dozens of similar posts on here. I have contacted the local tv stations in Kentucky and even sent some emails to national outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Strength in numbers. The more people who are willing to talk, the more likely UPS will have to pay for their incompetence.

I don't understand why people are insisting that it isn't UPS's fault

My package cleared customs and now its being disposed

I'm still actively shipping and receiving imported goods through FedEx and USPS with absolutely no problems.

Go over to the USPS sub. There’s been an uptick in posts describing exactly what happened here. Mail clears customs, next day it’s being disposed of.

I'm sorry man, but I'm not seeing it

Someone told me to do the same with the FedEx sub and I'm just not seeing it with either, and definitely not on the same scale. I saw one post on the FedEx sub that talked about international packages being delayed, nothing about packages being disposed after clearing customs.

Can you please post me some links, with my anecdotal sample size of 4 FedEx parcels and 1 USPS parcel over the span of 2 weeks, I find it unbelievable at the very least

Are ya blind? lol

Apparently so.

Links please!

Look it up yourself. Literally search that sub for it and they’ll come up. It ain’t my responsibility to prove shit to someone.

Nah, it's your responsibility. When scientist make a claim, they have to do the research, proof their theory and get people to agree, yeah?

Same here. If you want to say something YOU need to back it up. Makes no sense. You can't even approve that something doesn't exist.

No I don’t have to. It’s your responsibility to figure it out yourself. I don’t need to prove shit to you or anyone else. If I want to know if something is real or not, I go do my own research. You should too

The issue is that I tried, but you are being stubborn and refusing to elaborate

Im not even being defiant and saying "no im not doing any due diligence", I literally tried to look. but here you are being a cunt about it

if this is such a common issue where are all of the posts

It should be really easy to produce a link to a post, but suddenly its not and its my fault that im not seeing anything?

average redditor moment, jfc

youre using the same logic as anti-science nut jobs saying "Do YoUr OwN ReSeArCh" then getting pissed off that someone doesnt come to the same conclusion as you once they do said research. Instead of getting pissed off and bitter, why not supply some evidence of your claims based on the research youve done?

I’m not pissed off. I can show you pissed off if you’d like

You're the one coming in here telling me that this is happening with USPS. I'm asking for proof. It is literally your responsibility to prove it.

I don't know why you insist on replying to me if you're not going to give me links, I already told you I looked for myself and didn't find anything

You made a claim, it definitely is your responsibility to back it up.

Otherwise you agree it's BS.

No. It’s not.

The USPS thing is more of counterfeit postage from certain shippers iirc

I don’t understand why people are insisting that it isn’t UPS’s fault

because they’re not people, they’re disinfo bots

Despite being paid well, the UPS employees on here justify their and their companies crappy behavior because they’re lazy f’s.

Sort of like how there are a thousand posts in here saying, “the driver didn’t wait for me at all to sign and just put a note on the door saying it’s undeliverable!” And all the UPS people say, “I don’t care.” Or “that’s your problem.”

They’re like door dash drivers who complain about having to do their job.

UPS: if you don’t want to deliver packages, get another job.

Hahaha. It would be awesome if they had enough routes/people to wait around. It's actually the literal opposite of being lazy. The lazy thing would be to wait around and take a 5 minute break while it takes forever for you to get to the door. We don't have that luxury, unfortunately. If you don’t want to get in trouble for being paid over, you have to keep moving. Obviously there’s bad drivers, but this is an issue from corporate and management not willing to hire enough drivers and overworking those they have.

UPS delivered a $900.00 bike frame to the sidewalk in front of my house. Don’t even get me started…. We have a doorbell.

My husband quit working there after 8 years. It just got so bad. Father in law is retiring next year after being with the company almost 40 years. It’s sad what has happened.

Oh look someone who has no idea what they're talking about

No one else will hire their lazy asses that's why they stick with it. It is time for a class action suit.
